Box was tightly packed. Many of the parts were covered in plastic to prevent scratches. Installation took time, but instructions were good. All bolts and nuts came with one extra one. This was needed, because one bolt was unusable. The bolt didn't have a hole for the hex wrench to go in. (Bolt manufacture issue). If you did have problems with parts, there is no phone number, address, or even a company name to contact. Only choice is to find one yourself, or pack it up and send back. No warranty in box. In case you need to send it back, I recommend taking a picture of how it was packed before you take parts out of box. Product feels sturdy, and performs as expected. I would have preferred the feet to be a bit larger, as some are just a small one inch square touching the carpet. I'm sure the carpet will take a hit at those spots. I haven't hooked up the power source yet, as it requires a 3 prong outlet, and I need a 3 prong extension cord to reach my outlet. I am pleased with this product, as it was a good price for what I needed. ... show more

The bed frame is very nice and seems quite sturdy. It also isn’t “noisy”. The instructions are a tad bit confusing at first but it goes together fairly easily. Having the charging station included in the headboard is amazingly convenient. It’s very pretty but it is not wood…. Just looks like rustic wood along with the black steel frame. ... show more

I have been very pleased with this purchase. The instructions were relatively easy to follow and it didn't take terribly long to put the bed together. It looks nice and it is very sturdy. I will definitely look to this seller again

The media could not be loaded. Took me about 90 minutes to put together on my own. Very sturdy and has been great to be able to charge my phone right on the storage area above. Great value for the money.

This bed frame is a nice size. It’s sturdy and doesn’t squeak. I love the height, as I’ve found similar frames but the headboards are extremely short. This one was just right for my son. I gave It 4 stars, because the headboard did arrive cracked. However, the seller did make an effort to resolve. The usb and outlet on the headboard are wonderful convenient features.
