I bought this for my son before his shoulder surgery to make his life a bit easier after the surgery. Setup was a breeze and took roughly 15 minutes. It was worth the 40 dollars just to hear the laughter coming from the bathroom the first time he used it. The surprise had him laughing for a good 10 minutes. After his surgery, it has made his bathroom visits far easier than they would have been without. He now swears by it, and has asked that I install one on all of the toilets in the house. Thankfully, the controls are on his good shoulder side, making things substantially easier for him while he spends the next month with his arm in a sling. The only suggestion I would have for this product would be either dual controls or the ability to move the controls to whichever side you need. I would suggest this to anyone having shoulder surgery, but having used it myself, it makes bathroom time faster, cleaner, and easier., so everyone should consider purchasing one. No more need for wipes, and minimal need for toilet paper. An excellent product.

The item arrived in clean, secure packaging with every component neatly organized, including clear instructions and thread seal tape to ensure a smooth setup right out of the box. Installation was impressively quick and straightforward, taking under ten minutes with basic household tools and no prior plumbing experience required. Once connected, the fit was perfectly flush and completely leak-free, holding up flawlessly with zero drips or pressure drops around the T-adapter. Using the unit daily is effortless thanks to the sleek, intuitive control dial, which lets you smoothly adjust the water pressure from a gentle, comfortable wash to a powerful, thorough spray with exact precision. It is an exceptionally well-built, reliable hygiene upgrade that delivers high-end performance at an incredible value.

Bought this entry-level bidet as it was a cheaper option and I wanted to find out if bidets were right for me. This was close to 7 years ago, and I'm just now shopping for a replacement as one of the knobs has finally come off. Despite the low price compared to other options, this was of surprisingly high quality. To this day there have been no leaks, cracks, or breaks to the water-carrying components, and everything still works as it did day one, besides, of course, the broken knob. Installation was easy if you're even slightly handy, and it fit perfectly on toilet as it was. My only criticisms of this are that the water pressure is quite high, even on the lowest setting. This may be due to the water pressure in the bathroom this is located in, but for my next purchase I will be looking at items with better pressure control. Additionally, the self-cleaning feature for the nozzle doesn't really give me a lot of confidence that it is actually cleaning anything, as it just seems to spray a mist in the area of the nozzle. All-in-all, for the price, this is a great entry-level option if you're just looking into trying out a bidet. If this were priced $50 or more, I'd give it about 4 stars, but for the price of this item and quality/longevity you get for it, this is a 5 star item.

This is a pretty simple, yet effective, bidet. Installation was very easy with no leaks. You'll want to position the bidet as close to the back of the toilet rim as possible, otherwise, you won't be "hitting the target." On my first test drive, I was really pleasantly surprised at the cleaning ability this product has. The self-cleaning nozzle is also a really feature. As happy as I am with this purchase, I have to deduct one star due to the seller not including toilet seat bumpers in the package. Luxe actually makes bumpers that will level your seat due the fact that the bidet raises the back of the seat. The bumpers are an absolute necessity to provide the proper support. How do I know? Because I cracked the seat when I sat on it, and now my $40 bidet is going to cost me additional $$$ to replace the elongated seat amd purchase the bumpers. The seller should simply increase the cost of the product by $10 and include the bumpers in the package.

Update: It is now 2026 and I've had all three bidets installed for about 4 years. They are all used regularly and are all still working great! Such a wonderful product. I am so very pleased with this purchase. You won't regret getting one! When I wrote the original review there were over 70,000 reviews. Now it is over 100,000! At the time of this writing I’ve had the Luxe Neo 120 a little over a week and love it! Why did I wait so long to get it!?!? If you’re on the fence trying to decide whether to get one or not, just do it!! You won’t regret it, get one now!! I’m serious! It will be one of the best things you ever get for yourself. You will be amazed! Never again will the threat of a toilet paper shortage strike fear in the core of your being! Never again will you need copious amounts of TP to make sure you’re good & clean “back there.” With this you will feel super clean & fresh all the time. You too can have a Shiny Hiney!! A Happy Fanny! Choose your preferred model and click the buy now button! Don’t wait. Just do it!! Join the Clean Bum Club now!! 🚽💩💦🍑😆🚫🧻🎉😊 Here are some of my observations about installation and usage: Installation: * I actually installed one in each of our three bathrooms with no problems. * The T Adapter: Use the adapter that comes with the bidet first. If you still think you need a water regulator to adjust the water pressure to the bidet then you can get one with a shut off. We have high water pressure & the standard T adapter works just fine. If I think I need to cut the pressure at any time I can just turn down the water supply knob to the toilet a little. I tried to use the Luxe brand T adapter with water shut off but it would’t thread onto my toilet connection so returned it. I have Fluidmaster toilet parts with regular 7/8” connection coming out of the tank. Although this adapter says it is compatible it would not thread on mine and I tried on two different toilets. I ended up using the adapter that came with the bidet and it works great. (I also purchased this adapter with regulator and used it on one of the toilets. It connected fine and works but don’t really think it’s necessary and would recommend using what comes with the bidet first. https://www.amazon.com/SOMDARHK-Adapter-Connector-Diverter-Chrome/dp/B07X864256/ref=sr_1_3?crid=2MXE21GB55GEU&keywords=Luxe+bidet+3+way+adapter+regulator&qid=1653261193&sprefix=luxe+bidet+3+way+adapter+regulator%2Caps%2C98&sr=8-3 ) * You will need a flexible hose that connects the water supply to the toilet so if you have a straight pipe connection you will need to replace it with a flexible one. * Toilet seats: I installed on three toilets. One had a wood, flat bottom toilet seat & needed no adjustments after installation. Two had plastic toilet seats and needed bumpers under the seats to adjust them so they would be level. Although I got the Luxe brand toilet seat bumpers I ended up getting these from my local home improvement store for a little over $3 and they work great. Whatever you get (if you need it) I would recommend determining proper placement and then super gluing them to the toilet seat as the sticky tape that comes with them doesn’t hold. https://www.amazon.com/Universal-Toilet-Bumpers-4-Piece-10062/dp/B00EA080X0/ref=sr_1_10?crid=3EFDI5CHLIJ0T&keywords=Toilet%2Bseat%2Bbumpers&qid=1653262030&sprefix=toilet%2Bseat%2Bbumpers%2Caps%2C122&sr=8-10&th=1 Using the Bidet: * There was a slight learning curve getting used to the bidet since I’d never used one before. I did a few test runs just to get a feel for operation, water pressure, water angle & sitting position. It is amazing! It is so refreshing and leaves you feeling so clean. Now I can’t imagine using a bathroom without one. * Start very slowly turning up the water pressure! It has a pretty strong stream! I never have to turn mine up past the first dot on the dial. Once the stream begins you can back the pressure up a tiny bit if needed. * I did not get the model with warm water attachment and don’t mind the cool water at all. It actually feels very refreshing. I don’t have a warm water supply close to my toilets. Even if I did I figured by the time I ran the water long enough for it to get warm it would be too much trouble. Just do the cool water & enjoy it!! * Ladies can just tilt forward a little to direct the stream a little farther toward the front. I did not get the model with the two nozzles (one for rear & one for feminine) so can’t compare with that feature but this works just fine. Price & value: * I considered buying a bidet attachment from another popular brand but ended up getting the Luxe. It is what my friend has had for over 2 years & she is quite pleased. Also between the different models & colors Luxe has over 70,000 reviews!! For the price of the one I was considering I was able to get three Luxe Neo 120s for about the same price as one of the others in a similar model. * Although I’ve only had it a little over a week at this time the unit seems very well made, is visually nice, was easy to install. All three I installed are working well with no problems. If you register it online it extends the warranty to two years. And I’m sure it will last much longer than that!

My first bidet experience was last year at a friend's house. He has the Toto B100 Washlet and I was sold on the concept with the first use. For years I was frustrated with using so much toilet paper to feel sufficiently clean. I was easily going through two or three rolls per week--and sometimes even more. It is quite a waste of resources and time spent wiping (over the course of days, weeks, and years, those minutes start to add up!). I started using wet wipes when they came on the market, but I do not like the idea of flushing so much fabric material into the sewer. Even if the wipes are designated as “flushable”, are they not necessarily bio-degradable. So after discovering the world of bidets, I started researching online and realized that a good mechanical bidet was all that I needed. The bells and whistles found on electronic bidets, like a seat warmer and an air blower, don’t appeal to me. I narrowed down my search and selected the Luxe Bidet Neo 120 White based on its features and Amazon reviews. And it turns out...I made the right choice! This is a fantastic bidet with the feature set that, in my humble opinion, should be included with every toilet. Installation was very straight forward. I didn't experience any leaking at the fittings. The rubber washers do a good job of keeping the connections water tight. The plastic construction feels high quality and durable. I have owned the bidet since October 2014 and, with daily use and monthly cleanings, it looks the same as new. I also upgraded my toilet seat to a MayFair easy clean, slow close elongated lid that fits quite well on the bidet. I love this bidet so much, I bought two more for my parents and in-laws as Christmas presents. Initially, they laughed at the concept and thought they were joke gifts. Once I installed the bidets for them, their attitude quickly changed and now they cannot imagine using a toilet without them. One minor nit: Luxe was generous enough to include a water supply line with each bidet. For the two gift bidets, I did need to install them for the homeowners. For their installations, the plumbing was old enough that I needed to replace their water supply valves behind the toilets and these featured permanently attached water supply lines. The trouble was that the water supply line provided by Luxe uses a 9/16” connector. I traveled to several Home Depot and Lowe’s Home Improvement stores in my city looking for water valves that fit this connection. None of them carried a compatible valve, so I also had to buy new water supply lines. It is nice that Luxe included a metal braided water supply line with each of their bidets, but I do wish it had a connection compatible with valves sold in mainstream hardware stores. The number one complaint I read in Amazon reviews prior to my purchase was that the water pressure was difficult to control with the Water Pressure knob. I did not find this to be the case. I quickly became accustomed to only turning the knob as far as necessary to provide adequate water flow to do the job of cleaning. The ideal water pressure for me lands between the first two dots. But I can tolerate and sometimes intentionally turn the knob to a higher water pressure if I require more cleaning. For those who want lower water pressure, you can also slightly turn the Nozzle Cleaning knob. This will direct some of the water directly down into the toilet bowel and lower the pressure of the water stream aimed for cleaning your sensitive regions! I really do enjoy the turn style knob mechanism. It is simple and easy to operate without ever looking down at the controls. My friend, who owns the Toto, concedes that while his bidet offers more features, he does always have to look down at the control panel to see what buttons he wants to press. With the Luxe Bidet 120, you quickly develop a kinesthetic sense of where the knob is and how much to turn it for proper cleaning. The simple turn style knob is one of the reasons I chose the 120 model over the more expensive ones that feature a lever style knob that takes a bit more finesse to operate. I also read a reviewer complaint of the lever knob being inadvertently bumped by their dog, causing water to flood the bathroom floor. This type of accident is impossible with the flat turn style knob. One thing I was concerned about before my purchase was the cold water. I considered the bidets that feature a hot water line, but the logistics of plumbing and the fact that you need to flush the water pipes for a time period long enough to bring the hot water to the toilet during each use made me decide against it. And as mentioned above, I prefer the flat knobs on the 120 model. After owning the Neo 120 for almost 10 months, I have found the cold water line to be more than adequate and I have never lusted for warmer water. The Luxe Bidet Neo 120 is an affordable, high quality solution that I feel should be integrated with every toilet--including in public restrooms. The control knobs on the bidet are as much a part of what I consider an ideal toilet as the flush handle. If you are in the market for a bidet, this one gives you the most value for your money, and it may very well change your life. I know I never want to go back to a life without one!

This review is for the Luxe Neo 120 (White) Bidet which I have now been using for about 2 months (Due to time restraints it sat in the box for a while before I installed it). In full disclosure I was asked by Luxe Customer Service to write a review of this product in return for a free unit - but in no way does this change my opinion of this product. Before I purchased this bidet I read hundreds of the other reviews for this model and others. I decided to purchase the “Neo” self cleaning model #120. I installed the Neo 120 bidet on my elongated American Standard low flush toilet. The toilet itself is amazing but the seat that came with it is an absolute piece of cheap lightweight plastic junk. I thought for certain I would need a new seat. I must have lucked out because the Neo 120 installed perfectly with that seat and without the optional rubber seat-bumpers that Luxe sells. The installation was a total breeze. I also purchased the “Luxe Metal T-adapter with Shut-off Valve” even though some reviews weren’t as favorable. It shuts supply water off feeding the bidet but not the toilet. This very high quality shutoff gives added security of knowing the supply water into the bidet can be shut off quickly & easily when not in use. I live alone and do not want to come home to a flood. However many times I’ve forgotten to shut it off for a day or two and feel totally confident in the high quality of the bidet itself. I highly recommend this $15 option for peace of mind and its smooth and simple operation (1/4 turn inconspicuous lever). Working very slow the installation from start to finish took me about 25 minutes. No leaks anywhere. Upon finishing the installation I didn’t have to “go” but I sat down on the toilet and slowly turned on the water nozzle.... “Wow!” “Bull’s-eye!” The quality of the Neo 120 is excellent. The rigid plastic does not look or feel cheap. The metal braided hoses (all supplied) are high quality. The internal ceramic valves work perfect (as opposed to rubber seals/”O” rings). I bought the less common white color and the device has a “smooth & clean” design. The first couple weeks it stuck out like a sore thumb on the toilet, especially the metal braided hose that feeds the unit – but after 2 months I’ve gotten used to it and hardly notice it. Now I’ll review the actual use of this bidet (after using it for at least 2 months). Like others have mentioned, for the first few weeks I experimented a little bit with moving around ever-so-slightly on the seat for full “cleaning & aim” of the “entire area”, slowlyyy turning on the nozzle to avoid getting blasted to hard, turning on the self-cleaning feature first to remove some of the initial force of water blasting out, and using the self cleaning feature. Now that I’m a pro user after a couple months here are my thoughts: - First and foremost, you will never have to “fear” or more accurately “dread” going to the bathroom again! - I considered one of those hand held units that look like a kitchen sink spay. I am very glad I didn’t because this one is much easier to use and by design more efficient. - With the exception of a shower you will never feel so clean and refreshed down there. Toilet paper is ancient and unpopular in many areas of the world. I now hate to go the bathroom somewhere else and use TP. Your use of TP will be *greatly* reduced. As another reviewer somewhere said about using TP, “it’s like using toilet paper to clean up peanut butter off your sidewalk; as opposed to blasting it away with an outdoor hose and nozzle!” - I feel cold water only is ample for the vast majority of folks. I would not want the electrical and plumbing complexities of a hot water hook-up. I love the simplicity of this model. The cooler water is refreshing. I do not think winter will be a problem, if anything, maybe only first thing in the morning if you must go. - Many people mention the pressure is too forceful and there isn’t enough change when they use the variable water-force control knob. I do not feel this problem. In general bidets must have good force to adequately clean. But…It does take a little getting used for sure. And if you’re careful enough with the control knob you can surely adjust the pressure. Some reviewers said if it’s to forceful to first turn on the self cleaner to “take away” some of the pressure, and then slowly open the control knob. Others have said you can adjust the pressure by turning down the optional Luxe water shut off valve – which I installed but haven’t tried that yet as I don’t see the need. - The self-cleaning option seems to work well at cleaning the nozzle, although honestly it doesn’t get dirty. I’ve only used it about 2 or 3 times so far. For the extra ten bucks I feel it’s worth it and nice to have if you need it. It helps in cleaning the back area of the bowl if need be. - Cleaning the toilet the traditional way with brush and cleaner takes a *tiny* bit more patience. Just have to be careful going around back of bowl where the nozzle cover is. My toilet actually stays much cleaner now because after using the bidet I flush and then take a very small towel and wipe away any water that my hit the rim or underneath the seat(s). By drying off this water the toilet is always clean. Please note, this water I wipe off the rim/seat is NOTTTT dirty water…It is ordinary clear clean water; overspray only. Depending on how long the bidet runs for or how much you may slightly move on the seat the amount of overspray varies – many times there isn’t any at all. - Some bidet washing's will be quicker than others (depending on your movements). When done you will find yourself using TP to double-check your cleanliness and if the bidet is used properly you will be astonished at how clean you are. Wow again. - Reviewers have different ways of “finishing up” but my preferred choice (for the most part) is “pat-dry” with a few small pieces of TP and for those occasional times where more drying is needed after that pat-dry a second time with a very small towel (its just water, clean water) and then drop in the laundry hamper. - No more pain, no more soreness, no more rash/hemorrhoid, no more feeling “not so clean”, no more still feeling full (see below), no more anything bad. All good! I’m just about done here and I saved one of the best features for last. It’s a “hidden” feature and I found it quite accidentally. First let me say: 1) I have never had an enema and 2) After I bought this I found out a friend of mine has a bidet with a variable control knob like this one but on his highest setting it says “enema”. On the neo 120 it simply says “high” (we’re talking about the bidet water pressure/force here). Long story short, if you’re willing to experiment some you will find you can give yourself an enema and become “extra, extra clean internally” and at the same time avoid another bathroom trip again in the near-future. Hard to explain without getting to graphic but this only works with some of your movements; it’s usually those “multiple hard balls” that take forever and don’t want to come out – and – the more messier ones (With the "cleaner" movements there's nothing really left in you). You know, it's those bowel movements you know there’s more in there even though it took you forever and you worked so hard at trying to void is all out. With the water setting on “high” and a little practice you can - *when needed* - give yourself an enema and really, really, really get lots more out, all *very easily without any effort*! This saves multiple trips back into the bathroom in the near future to continue voiding. A short time ago the many benefits of bidets were unbeknownst to me. It’s time the United States joins so much of the world and jumps on this modern and sanitary device. The old fashioned toilet paper way of doing things unclean, unsanitary and yes, gross…haha. Do not delay – Buy one today!

Ever since seeing one of those high tech bidets that fit on the back of one's toilet, I told myself that I'd eventually have one of my own. You know the type: usually made by Toto, heated seats, musical chimes, disco lighting, etc etc. I'm sure they're great, but they're definitely a bit pricey. When I started my new job last year, I figured I'd bite the bullet and purchase a Toto washlet. I'd priced a couple on their website, as well as on Amazon, and decided to save up for one of the standard models, which was around $400 USD. I've always liked the concept of the bidet; it cleans one's bum and nethers more effectively than a couple of swipes with dry paper. Feeling and being cleaner down there definitely creates a better outlook on one's day. But good lord... is $400 the price of cleanliness?? I wasn't so sure, so I decided to get some comparison shopping in. Doing a bit of legwork on the Internet — which consisted of how a bidet works exactly — I'd learnt that there were companies stateside that manufactured or sold bidet attachments, and at much more reasonable prices. Did I REALLY need a heated seat? Were my bathroom actually an outhouse, then yes, that'd be a nice perk, but I'm sure I'd have other problems to address if that were the case. Such as why the bathroom in my 600 sq.ft flat is now suddenly an outhouse. But in investigating domestic bidet retailers, the average price ranged from $30 to $90 USD. Ultimately you're paying for something that fires a stream of water up your jacksie, so why would you go for a more expensive option? Further research in prices and online reviews made me think that going with Luxe bidet was the best bet. I ordered the Neo 120 model — in blue, as they unfortunately don't have them in black. Admittedly, it remained in its box for a month; I don't really know the first thing about plumbing, so installing it put me off for a bit. But between the straightforward instruction sheet that came with the bidet attachment, and staring at some installation videos on YouTube, I set a couple of hours aside on a Saturday to get it sorted. Were I a more DiY-oriented individual, it probably would've taken less than 90min, but on the other hand, I've spent more time on worse experiences... First off, the price of the Neo 120 is a very affordable $40 USD; it's a mid-grade model, which was what I was aiming for. Much like Bob Dylan prior to 1965, it's non-electric; the water that issues forth from the nozzle comes directly from your water supply pipes. Anyway, you unscrew your toilet seat, fit the Luxe bidet attachment beneath, replace your seat, connect one braided steel hose (included) from your water supply pipe to the T-adapter (also included) underneath your toilet's tank, connect the other braided steel hose (yes, included) to the model of Luxe you have, and Bob's your uncle. The Neo 120 model features two control dials. Apart from the added benefit of making your toilet feel more futuristic, the lower dial is a function selector. With that turned ninety-three degrees clockwise, it vigorously flushes water — again, from your water supply, not from your toilet's tank or bowl — over the bidet's drop-down nozzle. As the nozzle does hover above your bowl, it's going to get the inevitable splashback, and every now and again, it's a good idea to switch it to the cleaning position, and rinse it off with a high-powered stream of clean water. Also regarding splashback prevention safety, not only is there a little plastic shield for the nozzle, which is hinged for access, but the nozzle itself is only exposed when in use; it only descends below the shield when launching a water jet up your back passage. When not in use, the nozzle slides back up behind the shield. The upper dial would be the control for the water pressure. It turns clockwise, like the function selector, and it has five blue dots growing in size, indicating the amount of water pressure. I had my doubts at first as to the power of my bidet purchase before I'd gotten round to installing it — what if the water issued forth in a weak and ineffective stream? Personally speaking, I've never moved that dial past the second blue dot, which is comically, mockingly, labelled 'Low'. Readers, Low is effective enough for 95% of flesh-and-blood humans out there. You turn that dial past Low, and that water stream will more than likely come shooting out of your mouth. Go ahead and try it if you like, but don't say I didn't warn you. In summary, it may sound clichéd to say this, but after the first time using my Luxe Neo 120 bidet, it was one of those 'where has this been all my life??' moments. Short of hopping in the shower after every time you void your bowels, which can be inconvenient at home and impossible everywhere else, it provides a cleanliness that you don't get with using simple dry bog roll. Would I recommend one to friends? I have at that! About an hour after I'd installed it, I asked a friend of mine if he could pop round and check out my pipe reattachment, as one of the hose connections was still dripping after I thought I'd tightened it properly. (It stopped before the day was overwith.) But he seemed so impressed with my Neo 120, and since he and his wife had wanted a bidet for their home, they ended up buying a Luxe bidet a fortnight or so later. Overall, I'd have to say that they're definitely worth the investment!
