One of the best features is the built-in file drawer. It’s a practical addition that helps keep things organized, and the extra storage space is great for those of us who need to keep documents close by. I’ve found the drawer to be spacious and sturdy, and it slides smoothly, which is a nice touch. The desk itself feels solid and well-constructed. The frame is stable and doesn’t wobble, even when I’ve loaded it up with equipment. The materials seem durable enough to handle daily use without showing signs of wear anytime soon. That said, the assembly process was a bit of a task. While the instructions were clear enough, it took me longer than expected to put everything together, and some of the pieces were a little heavy to handle on my own. It’s definitely doable, but if you’re not into DIY or don’t have help, be prepared for a bit of a time commitment. easy to assemble, instructions were clear, everything fit together well and when assembled everything is pretty strong. it's a good amount of desk for the price. the cloth drawers are a little flimsy, but they are adequate. took about 3 hours to assemble, i used a drill and a 4mm hex socket, that saved some time and, since it's all held together with bolts, it was easier to get everything snug and tight. overall it's a good desk, the size and proportions are good, the dimensions are accurate (don't go by the objects in photos, since they are a little misleading with size) ... show more

Larger than I thought. It can be difficult to put together alone, but it's definitely possible. Sturdy and has a nice mix of draws and shelfs ti store things. It's heavy as a whole unit but the individual pieces to assemble were easy to find and move.

I want to start off and say that AODK, the company provides excellent customer service. I had some major issues with delivery and they assisted me and helped me get another one ASAP. The first one was destroyed by fedex during delivery. The size and storage on this desk are wonderful. The drawers are larger than I would have thought, and sturdier considering they are fabric. Shelves are sturdy. Plenty of space for office supplies/desk decor. It is a good and comfortable height, and looks fantastic and modern. Cannot be beat for the price. Assembly was a bit of a task. Make sure you go slow and read the directions carefully as there are plenty of spots to mess up or get confused, especially because of having multiple orientations. The desk is large, heavy and awkward to move. So I suggest setting it up where you want it rather than trying to move later. And an extra set of hands will definitely be helpful, it was a pain to assemble alone. Overall I am very happy with the desk and customer service. Putting any large furniture piece together takes a few hours so I expected the 4 hour assembly time. The directions were great, I have extra screws and fittings. The drawers are much larger then I anticipated so that's awesome. I added my screen mount right behind the middle drawer and can still push it in. I'm very happy for the price. It's sturdy, I love the grey oak color, and that you have ability to pick which side the hutch and filing drawers go on. The cords on the desk is untidy but a few bread ties will handle that. ... show more

This desk is incredibly study, has a nice paint finish, is a cheaper desk, and has tons of space. A metal frame paired with many supporting brackets adds to the stability. The desk also comes with tons of shelf space with the cloth shelves; however, they are very sturdy and do not cave in. With the variety of colors including black, grey, vintage, and white you can practically match any room design. I personally own the black one and love it. Easy enough to put together, lots of thoughtful accessories, perfect for my sons space and be mindful that it can be right or left corner, depending on your needs, if you want it like I have it, go to the second half of the instruction book.
