After reading all the bad reviews I was truly nervous about this product. Truth be told, I almost returned without opening because some reviews were so bad. I'm glad I kept it though. This was exactly as described. I am a 35 year old female with not much building experience, and I put this together in about 30 minutes. Every single part was included and even some extra parts. Everything fit together seamlessly, and after sleeping on it last night I can confirm that it makes NO SOUND and doesn't move. I am so thankful for this product as I have an elderly dog that was having trouble getting on my higher bed. I love the look of this bed frame. It brought our bed close to the floor like intended. Unless you have a carpeted room be prepare to slide VERY easily. We are constantly having to move the bed back into the position we want it in. If you want to jump on the bed with your partner, the bed will scoot its way across your room until it's up against something to stop it. While that makes its VERY comical in the moment, its not ideal. Thankfully it hasnt scratched the floor. We did buy grippers for the bottom but they only helped for a small amount of time due to how small the area to stick them on is. ... show more

Set this up and thought it was great quality. Once it was setup we first noticed the corners stick out and there have been several stubbed toes. Well today my husband (150lbs) sat on the edge of the bed and the corner broke where the screws go in. Well thought maybe it could be fixed but it does not seem fixable without replacing the whole side piece. Highly disappointed in this.
