Took me a few hours. Instructions are pretty clear. Just realize there is a sticker placed on the pieces indicating which piece it is in the instructions, since some look the same. That was really helpful.

Boxes were delivered damaged and missing parts. Poor construction with screws falling out and bent metal pieces. Difficult to assemble . Will never buy from this manufacturer again. Have purchased other furniture from China and always missing parts and damaged packaging.

Bed was easily assembled and is perfect for our needs in a spare room/office. Trundle is easy to move and the added benefit of being able to plug in and charge will be appreciate by my son when he visits from college. Bed feels solid- obviously not meant for jumping on. We went with 6” mattresses based on a previous review which make the trundle seamless. Make the bed, throw some throw pillows on it and looks like a comfy oversized sofa. The media could not be loaded. I will update the review upon receiving the missing pieces that belong on the slats. I had a board from an old bed in place until the pieces for the ends of the slats came. Once they did the slats were stable and the bed is perfect. Customer service was fast and efficient. Some tightened parts are loose and need to be tightened again, Assembly is easy but complicated due to broken or dented parts, during assembly of roller drawer, be careful with pre-drilled holes, they need to be larger, the screw goes in can cracks the wood part for roller will.

It came just as pictured. One of the connectors was slightly bent, but nothing we couldn’t fix by bending it back. Assembly is best with two people, but fairly easy and directions are clear. It says standard twin size, but doesn’t share the thickness to get, so we got the standard 8inch. It’s works, BUTTT it’s a little tight on the trundle, so I recommend a 6 inch mattress for thickness for ease of insertion for both top and bottom. I had did the Q&A thing with no response, so now I’m stuck with the mattress, so ORDER THE 6 IN MATTRESS! Bed is beautiful, great value. I do recommend. ... show more
