I'm writing an updated review. "A beautiful portable teapot set. But i'd like to know if this was meant to be the design. When I received the package, the lid's top was undone and the screw was found inside the box. Even when screwed on, the screw sticks out? Is this normal? Other than that a great tea set that I'm excited to use" The team sent me a replacement because the tea tray was not in the best condition when it arrived. The team told me that the screw was indeed part of the design and not a flaw. The new set has a shorter screw and it makes me feel better that it's how they meant it to be. It's not a big deal and doesn't prevent me from enjoying my tea set. A+ for customer service. For everything that's included this tea set is great for it's price. She loved the tilting strainer and that it was so easy to put away in the bag to store or carry around. I presented the set as is in its decorative giftable bag.
