  • Nicely made and durable machine that is easy to figure out.
Style: Comb Binding
This binding machine is working great for me! I have taken catalogs that I keep for a long time apart and put the pages through this machine. I love that they are now in the form that is far easier to open and look at! Even better, is that this is now priced $10 less than it was when I ordered it. It's a great buy if you have reason to purchase a binding machine. It really is a great price if you only use it a few times. This isn't a cheap plastic one that doesn't cut well and would fall apart quickly. It is not difficult to use and it feels like it will last a long time. You can come up with lots of reasons to use a binding machine. It works well and has all the information right there on the machine meaning you don't have to store the info sheet in a spot you may misplace it just when you need it. ... show more

  • Heavy Duty
Style: Comb Binding
I was surprised at how easy this machine is to use. The instructions were well written and easy to follow and there aren't many steps involved. The machine itself is heavy duty, metal. It works well and accurately. This is a good value for the money considering that I didn't realize just how often I would use a binding machine. It is easy to clean up when you are finished and the finished product looks fantastic. This is pretty impressive and would be great for anyone who is homeschooling or working from home and needing to send in paper reports. ... show more

  • Super easy to assemble. Combs sold separately.
Style: Comb Binding
I sometimes have a need to have documents professionally bound, and it’s both annoying and expensive to be running to an office supply store to get this done. So having a binding machine at home is a big help. This one appears sturdy and well-made, and it comes in the box mostly assembled. The only thing I had to put on was the side lever, which was easy to install without really looking at the manual. You just unscrew the little nut on the side and there’s only one angle to fit the lever into (it’s a rectangular opening), and you just put the nut back on. This machine does not come with the combs so you will need to source those yourself. Therefore, when I get some combs in and have papers I need to bind, I can comment more clearly on the use and workflow. As far as I can see now, though, this looks like the same quality binding machine I had access to in grad school, which I’m happy with. ... show more

  • This works really well.
Style: Spiral Binding
This is a really nice coil binder. This binder will punch 12 sheets of 20lb, 2 sheets of 85lb paper or 1 sheet of 5-12mm ovc cover sheet at a time. The binder has a max capacity of 500 sheets when using a 2" coil. There are 3 different (settable) margins available of 3, 5 or 7mm before the punching. There is also options of using A5, Letter or A4 sized paper, punching 33, 42, or 46 holes respectively. There is an adjustable slider lock to hold the paper adjustment for hole spacing on the ends. This binder comes with 1 box (100 pieces) of 5/16 coil and a manual coil cutter/crimper. To thread the coil through the document there is a motorized roller that will push the coil through after getting it started in the first few holes. The cutter crimper will cut off the excess and crimp over the cut end. When this first arrived I did my typical initial inspection and didn't find any leftover manufacturing process substances such as excessive metal shavings or other defects that would render this unusable or unsafe to use. At this price point (~$76), I believe this is a good value. A quick search shows similar items costing between ~$69-156+ but the majority running around $70-105. Would I order this again? Yes, I believe I would. Hope this helps. ... show more

  • Solid option to bind your own documents
Style: Comb Binding
This review is for: Lumoshine Binding Machine, 21-Hole, 450 Sheets, Comb Binding Machines for Letter, A4, A5 Easy to set up and use binding machine, even for a beginner. There are printed binding instructions, and page/cover size guides on the front of it to help you. Feels solid, decently weighted, like a good quality machine. I do not expect durability issues over time. The machine operates smoothly - align your pages, and pull handle down to hole punch, then place your comb and pull handle all the way up/back to open the comb, and pull back to center to close after you have added your sheets in. No issues or troubles with any of this in use, so far. The whole machine is fairly compact (while still being large enough to do it's job) and can be operated right on your desktop. It is slightly awkward shaped for storing, but the handle can be removed if needed, with just the twist of a knob/screw at the end of it, making it a little more compact for storing. ... show more

  • The Pro Publisher: 21-Hole 450-Sheet Comb Binder
Style: Comb Binding
For small office owners, this is a workhorse. It punches through 12-15 sheets at a time with ease and the alignment guide is accurate, meaning you won't ruin your documents with crooked holes. It’s surprisingly compact for its 450-sheet capacity.

  • Reliable Binding Machine
Style: Spiral Binding
I use this binding machine for projects at home and school. The punch handle feels solid, and I can punch my pages without much effort. The motorized coil inserter works well once I guide the first few holes. The design is simple, and the adjustable guides help me keep pages aligned. I like that it handles different paper sizes, but the shape makes storage a bit awkward. The included coils and crimper add useful functionality, though I wish larger coils came with it. At about $76 bucks, it feels like a fair deal for the build quality and capacity. My overall take is that it performs well and offers good value for regular document binding. ... show more
