Description

These modern custom cut Lumino 2” Faux Wood Cordless Blinds are safer and easier to use with no exposed lift cords, so no tangles. The 2" room darkening slats have a smooth surface. To use, simply grasp the center of the bottom rail and lift or lower it to your desired height. For light control, turn the wand to tilt the slats to let as much or as little light into a room as you prefer. They are ideal for installing in your bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, family room, dining room, office/den, basement, and even the garage. Included with this purchase is the blind, contemporary valance, wand, brackets, screws, drywall anchors and installation instructions. Tools you will need for installation: pencil, tape measure, drill or screw driver. Clean/dust with a dry or slightly damp cloth.

We purchased a total of 5 blinds. Each fit perfectly (2 different sizes) and the directions were reasonable to follow. The only concern was the small, plastic debris on them & in the box. They look fabulous!! And work extremely well!

    • Beware of high shipping charges if you have to return an item!!!

Did not like the brackets!!! Installation instructions were horrible!!!! Then when I wanted to return the blinds I was going to be charged half of what I paid for them!!!! Because of that I decided to keep them and buy hardware that was similar to the hardware used in the installation video. I would suggest going to your local Lowe's store and purchase blinds if you want blinds!!!! Then I discovered the blinds would not pull down and push back up like advertised. I then tried to return the blinds because they were defective and it was the same situation. Return the item and pay return shipping at a cost half the purchase price of the blinds!! I am not used to having this much trouble making an Amazon return. I will make sure I never order anything from this company again. My next step is contacting Amazon to see if they can make this right. I want to return these blinds and get my entire purchase amount refunded. ... show more

I ordered a 45.75" W x 48" blind for a bedroom window on January 16th of last year, and on January 2nd of this year the strings that run through the slats on the left side and left center side let go and now I can only raise the blind on the right side and the left side hangs down. I had been raising the blind most mornings to let more sun in and then lowering it at night, but the strings that hold the slats together are not up to the task. I can open and close the blinds, but they have to stay down now. I'll also add that installation was a real pain. Call me old-fashioned, but I expect better for $81. UPDATE: Lumino Customer Service emailed me immediately after I posted this formerly one-star review and asked what they could do to resolve this for me. I requested a no-cost replacement, and they shipped it to me promptly. Other reviewers have complained about poor customer service, but this was not my experience at all. I'm very impressed, and am hoping that this one lasts longer than the old one. Thank you, Lumino! ... show more
