Description

Never have to worry again with Luminara flameless candles since no actual combustion or wax consumption happens. That means no soot or chemicals are released into the air, making them perfect for use indoors. They're perfect for households with small curious children and pets. Create ambiance with the convenience of these real flame-effect Taper candles. A "melted" top completes the look. Display this candle with other tapers for a full arrangement, or illuminate other pieces of home decor, like vases, sculptures and family photos. Moving Flame technology creates a visible and natural simulated flame that dances, flickers, and sways so convincingly like a traditional flame. The light is a warm white color encased in a yellow flame. Colors available for occasions such as Valentine's Day, Easter, Advent Wreaths/Candles and more. The Luminara tapers are remote-ready which allows you to control your candles that have a realistic-looking, flickering, yet artificial flame. A lifelike flame always brings atmosphere. The body of the candle itself is made with 100% pure paraffin wax, hand poured and carefully designed to look like traditional candles. These pillars never melt, means no mess, just put the battery in and the fun begins! These are wonderful “live-like” candles & needed such tapers!
Color: Ivory
This pair is a charm that adds bit of more light and a good size to stand in candlesticks along the mantle as usually always keep a pair of 3” x 9” pillars among greenery and more holiday sweetness in December. Once I read the instructions I only needed to push the bottom twice, gently placing it into the candlesticks so as not to re-boot it, as it sets the timer perfectly. Really happy with your products though I always wait for your prices to soften a bit so I could add pieces to the collection before the first ones fade. Thanks for great candles, with beautiful true wax exteriors, adore off-white color, and work easily! ... show more

Beautiful battery operated taper candles with flickering flame
Color: Rose Tan
This pair of Luminara brand, rose colored taper candles are beautiful. They are battery operated and have a lovely flickering flame. I like the moving flame, it gives the tapers a realistic look. Better yet, I really love the fact that they won't burn ones house down if the tapers are accidentally dropped somewhere in your home. The batteries are easy to install with an easy on/off feature on the bottom portion of the candles. This feature is mostly hidden by whatever candle holder they are placed in. The tapers have a coating of real wax over the working column which enhances the realistic look of the candle. I've purchased quite a number of Luminara products and they are all very well made. I replaced all my traditional wax candles with battery operated Luminara candles for reasons of safety. Luminara brand battery operated candles are not inexpensive but, for me, they are worth the price for safety's sake. The batteries will need to be replaced when they run out as with any other battery operated product. ... show more

Look Great
Color: Ivory
These are very realistic looking. I have them in my windows on the front of my house. You can see them very easily from the street and they look like real candles. The only thing that might be an issue is that if you set them on timer they only last about a month and you have to change the batteries. So if you have a whole lot of them, you better buy some batteries. The texture and feel the outside feels just like real wax, adding to the authenticity of the product. I have purchased quite a few of this brand because I like the way they work, but they all have the same issue. They do not last long with batteries. ... show more

They Don't Flicker! Save Your Money!
Color: Ivory
I bought these luminara tapers about 5 years ago. They worked great for five years. Changed the batteries every so often and had no issues. They were great. Unfortunately one candlestick recently broke so I thought I'd purchase another set. They dont work. Save your money and your time. The flame doesnt flicker despite changing out the batteries and following instructions for troubleshooting. After about a half an hour they just stop flickering. I returned one set and purchased a second set thinking maybe I got a bad set. Exact same problem with the second set. Returning second set too. Don't waste your time on these until they figure out the internal mechanism issue with these taper candlesticks. Now Im in search of something else for my mantel. Very frustrating. ... show more

Base is too big for mid-century modern candle holders
Color: Ivory White
These are nice candles but I bought them for some mid-century modern style wooden taper holders and they are too big to fit. They did fit into my traditional brass candle holders but that's not what I bought them for . . . I'm returning them.

Beautiful and realistic. Very expensive though. For this price, should have included a remote. Batteries would have been nice as well!
