Lucky 13!? Yes, in this case. Some reviews made me worry if this would be ok but I'm thrilled I took a chance. For $13 you can't ask for more. I really like the mint green retro teal color. The material is kinda cheap but not horrible as some reviews say. It's $13 people, what do you expect, fancy organic cotton? For the price and awesome organization this item provides, it's a great deal. My closet is poorly designed and crappy lighting so sorry about that, but the pictures I uploaded show the before and after. It's absolutely perfect for my needs. It's great to have quasi shelves, finally, for my sleepwear and undies. The white plastic inserts are way better than expected. Sturdy yet light. And I like the ridges texture. The lip on front is great bc it helps hinder stuff falling out. I couldn't be more pleased. I bookmarked the vendor because I love stuff to organize in every room. It's lightweight but sturdy enough. I use these instead of a dresser so my kids have more room on their bedroom floor to play. These shelves have thicker material than I expected and they have a sturdy liner at the bottom of each shelf. The extra material in the front is perfect for little socks to stay put inside the shelf. My work locker is the same size as this organizer with hooks for clothes on the sides about 3 inches down. But since the height is not enough for a coat to hang in I bought this. I used the tabs on the side to insert the locker hooks instead of the provided hooks. Because of this the bottom shelf looses 2 inches but it still fits my work shoes and a charcoal deodorizer/moisture absorber and since it rests on the bottom of the locker I used the plastic shelf piece to sturdy an upper shelf to hold weight. The next shelf up holds a spare uniform and my safety glasses and an esm smock, think a baggy button up shirt. Above that is the shelf I studied with a second plastic support it has snacks for overtime including 2 boxes of snack bars 2 large cup of soups a 4 pack of v8 energy same size as 8oz redbulls and 1lb bag of mints with some room for more. Finally the 3 inches on top is being used for my folded sweatshirt on cold days. Not bad for a locker that most people I work with rarely fit shoes and a coat in because of the smock and ony thing hanging lay across the shoes and end up smelling like feet. If the plastic shelf inserts were a little more sturdy this would be perfect for anyone but since I could double up on the snack shelf the cans won't cause it to bend like when I had a single insert. ... show more

The short take is that these don't look like much right out of the package. They are so lightweight. PROS: Sturdy, lightweight, easy to hang, roomier than expected, and cute. CONS: None that I found but make sure to measure your space carefully before you choose a size. Tip: Make sure you don't throw out the hard plastic pieces that go on the bottoms of each compartment/shelf. Also, choose a color that compliments your closet or room. The grey is nice and neutral and works fine for my pale-link room with white trimmed closet. I originally ordered 2 of these and thought I would give them a shot. Honestly, because of the reasonable price, I was worried about whether or not they would be sturdy or stable enough for my needs. I'm tidy with everything except for keeping my clothes put away. There isn't enough room for a dresser setup in my bedroom/office. Thankfully, I have a decent-sized closet but it's made weird, with metal shelving that is nice but in the way. These hanging shelves come in different lengths and widths so I did measure my closet space first & I'm glad because I almost ordered ones that would have been too tall. The 29.9" tall X 12" wide X 12" deep version is perfect for my closet. The racks work better on the bottom shelf because I can easily reach everything inside them but I did have to attach one to the higher shelf. I can reach everything in it but have to tiptoe to get to the back of the highest part. The bulk of my clothing is casual and doesn't require hanging. Without a dresser, these items were hard to keep organized on the closet shelves and they still looked messy. These shelves are so nice for that because I can put everything away, with different items in different compartments, and still leave room on the other side of my closet for business/formal items. I even saved the top of one just for hair ties and scarves. Before getting these shelves, I tried under-bed storage and the vac-sealed bags. The under-bed storage, which is great for blankets and linens, is too troublesome for accessing & returning daily wear items.
