BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. The OWNER contacted me after I reached out with some questions. My 18-year-old son opened the packages and missed the manual. I was positive a manual would be included, but he threw it away! I contacted the company and right away received a reply. The follow-up was instant and done in a way I had never experienced before. He actually emailed me and personally contacted me to make sure he provided YouTube videos to the questions I was asking. The item has an alarm, you can set an alarm also for an event! It has the details provided in the description. The light is brilliant. PERFECT for charging my iPhone. I tested it in my bedroom but it will be sitting on my desk! I really did like the lamp itself all the features worked great and all the added free gifts was an added bonus. The only concern I had was that when the lamp was used continuosly in the brightest setting the part of the lamp got very warm to the edge of hot to touch and this is a concern to my due to past experience and did not want to take the change. I spoke with the owner of the company (Customer Service was top notch and hard to find these days- very pleased with service) and he reassured me these lamps have been rigorously tested without any of these problems but it really came down to personal opinion. I received this lamp in good condition. Setting the clock/date/temperature was a little complicated, but I finally got it on the right setting. The phone app that came with the lamp is trash, but I didn't need it anyway. The reason I gave the lamp 2 stars was because the lamp stop working after 3 days, everything else works perfectly, the lighting portion stop working, it could be a lemon, stuff happens, but I will not purchase another one to find out. ... show more

It has a long chord and is lightweight enough I can pick it up easily with one hand and move it to the table next to my bed when I need the light closer. I’m a bit older. I love how it shows the temperature but if it gets unplugged and I have to reset it, I always forget how to set the temp to Fahrenheit. The rest is easy. My 1st lamp's power cord wouldn't stay plugged into it. They sent me a replacement and it stays plugged in without a problem. The motion light is not useful because it is too bright. You can turn it off with a switch. I haven't tried to use the plug in charging base but the wireless charging works, it's just tricky to find the spot that works. The clock and date and time works good and it looks good and I find it useful. The lamp light colors and intensities can be adjusted and look good. The swivel capability of the light works well in all directions and the lamp height is good. ... show more

Such amazing functionality in one small device!!!
