I hought this item to help condense and organize our office. It arrived just fine, no scratches, and looks nice. My husband is super handy so putting this together was his jam. However, when we got to the file drawers came the challenge. The first drawer doesn't close completely and we can't figure out why. The second drawer he had trouble with the rails not lining up with the screw holes. Even using a magnetic screw driver he had a terrible time lining the rail up to put the screw in. He finally got it in but both drawers do not close flush to the cabinet but they don't look terrible they do seem to lock in place when pushed in, but they aren't flush. I liked the style and I figured if this one goes well I would.biy another one, so I'm still thinking. ... show more

Easy enough to put together and comes with extra bits. Assembled alone in under 2 hours and unfocused on the task. Tip: pull the rail tab down to unlock. The arrow in the instructions look like you need to push in on the rail, but that's not it. Also, the instructions state clearly on the 2nd page to not use a gun to construct this unit. What a piece of crap!!! poor quality products used to manufacture this OVERLY EXPENSIVE inferior trash, and when you think you can put some books on it, stand by!! The wheels are buckling under the weight of 5 books, the drawers will no longer close because the entire thing is bending like a pretzel. BUYER BEWARE - DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! ... show more

This was my 4th and final piece to put together. The desk and side piece, and tall hutchy thing were the other ones. All were long to do, but I followed directions following the pictures, and figuring out how they fit together.
