I tried this product for lumbar support while working at my desk job and while sleeping. I feel like it is almost too thick for my needs and don’t use it anymore. It is very well made and seems like it will last a long time. I was expecting it to have that chemical smell that often comes right out of the box but it did not smell at all. The pillow is extremely wide. It might work for someone bigger than me (female, 5’4”, 120).

Good for sitting, not sleeping

I always have lower back pain and was hoping this would help. It is not comfortable for all night sleeping. I ended up pulling it out after about an hour. It pushed me up too high and felt like I was sleeping on a knotted up sheet.....just uncomfortable. It's nice while sitting on the couch watching TV or in my desk chair working. It's a good size pillow, almost a body pillow, and its made of cooling gel memory foam. Its very soft and supportive. You can also use it between or under your knees or feet.
