Didn’t work for us but Lull Stood behind their 100 Night Trial

Well I am going to start off by saying this mattress just wasn’t for us. I was able to sleep on it but woke up with neck pain. My significant other though was not able to sleep at all on it. She complained of it being too hot. So we sent it back after 4-5 weeks of receiving it. We tried to make it work for us but we just couldn’t. I still give this a 4 star review; why? Because overall the experience was good and I don’t think it’s fair to blame the company for US not finding it comfortable. After all mattresses are not a one size fits all type of thing! We ordered the matress through amazon, it came, we unboxed it, allowed it a few hours to decompress. It fully decompressed all the way, was clean, no odor and really felt comfortable to initially lay on. Once we had made the decision to return it, we contacted Lull and they scheduled the pick up. Once the mattress was picked up and Lull verified it was picked up, we had our full refund within a day or two. Overall as easy as the process was of getting and even returning it with a full refund; I would recommend it to someone who might think it would work for them.

We had our last mattress about 11 years and I did a lot of research when it came time to replace it. I am used to a very hard mattress but my wife likes one somewhat softer. We considered the sleep number but found that the divider in the middle was just not something we wanted to deal with for several years to come. We looked at other traditional foam mattresses but could not justify paying the outrageous prices attached to some of them. Then we came across the Lull mattress and started to look into it. All of the reviews seemed to indicate that it was definitely on the firm side and people really seemed to love it. When you factor in the 100 night trial, free financing and quick low cost delivery (unless you buy through Amazon.... but that is another review) free return and 10 year warranty it is absolutely a 0 risk trial. We got it, set it up about 6 pm in the evening and slept on it that night. It definitely took 3 to 5 nights to get used to it but we both love this mattress. For the first time in years we can sleep on our backs as well as our sides and definitely sleep much better through the night. As someone who likes and is used to a hard mattress this is amazingly comfortable.

Best Mattress Purchase Ever

As a 54 year old man I have been through several mattresses in my life. I bought this mattress in February 2017 to replace and old innerspring. I did quite a bit of research and since it got a good ratings including on Consumer Reports I pulled the trigger and bought it. At first it seemed way too firm and, as a side sleeper, I was waking up with minor shoulder pain. After about two weeks I got used to the mattress and it has been great ever since. I fall asleep faster, don't wake up near as much during the night and sleep much more soundly. If I do wake up at night I fall asleep much faster than before, I used to wake up with one arm being numb and that never happens now. I even dream better. This is a terrific mattress and I'll never go back to an innerspring. I bought a second mattress for my son and he agrees, this is a great mattress.
