It’s an amazing chair. Both comfortable and classy. In fact we like them so much that I have to give it a 5. But I do have a one complaint. The certs for the bolts seem to be dirty after they have been reamed out. Might need debured or simply blown out with air. And the bolts have too many mills of paint. The combination makes it an absolute frustrating assembly process. And the process is actually quite simple or would be if the threads would accept each other with less friction and resistance.     • The chair is pretty nice
This chair is super comfortable- I do wish there was more and/or firmer padding for your head. I do wish it came with an ergonomic ottoman like so many similar chairs do, I almost went with another similar one because of that alone. I did buy it because it said it rocked and at first I couldn’t get that working but now it does and I love it. It doesn’t seem to have a tilt lock which I really wanted since I am using it as my computer work chair - luckily the angle it defaults to isn’t bad. I also wish there was an option to get it on wheels. Or have a hole big enough to add wheels on the base. I am concerned that the aluminum base may not hold up but those can be replaced. Most of all - I wish you could get this in the white/cream velvet on the pad and for the frame cover instead of the faux leather. The leather while nice does not go with the whole girly look I’m going for. I got the all white Sherpa and it is high quality, soft, plush, and feels amazing- however since I have several pets I have to cover it because anything like pet hair or cat nip gets stuck in the Sherpa curls it will be near impossible to get out. I know there are a lot of issues I listed but they are more of a wishlist. I love this super comfortable chair and would buy it again. ... show more

I originally bought this set of chair, and originally had an issue where the seller didn't send two and only one. After some time of going back and forth they sent the second one. After a month or so with these chairs, they look aesthetically pleasing but notice some imperfections. 1. The metal look warped on some area on the bottom frame. 2. The cushion has lost of it 'fluff' and has rough texture. 3. Installation take a bit but not straight forward. 3. You hear creaking noises on the chair and I tried lube areas and it doesnt make it go away. Its really hard to recommend this product usability wise unless you have it for decorations. Also, bent/wrapped frames im not sure about the quality control this product is going through. ... show more
