The ladder is great, light weight, easy to handle, set up and carry around. Compared to others on the market, great value for the money. I only have one grip, not on the ladder but on the shipping. My home does not have a USPS shipping address. The last leg of the shipping was through USPS. They would not deliver to my home even though they had the physical address. Did not know this. Amazon did send me a message to tell me there was a problem. I had to call USPS and make arrangements to pick it up at the delivery warehouse. USPS did not contact me. They would have held it for a day and sent it back as non-deliverable had I not called them due to Amazons message. They need a USPS address to deliver. Just something to know.

Gave it a 3 star rating because it's not designed for easy and quick use. This product is bulking and heavy! Although the ladder looks small and light in picture. There's no stopper on the end so if you pull too hard to extend, the base pops out and putting it back on takes time and aligning. Frustrating. Do not recommend using on stairs (as shown in ad) as it is unstable/uneven. The outer release/lock knobs are hard to pull and push in - be careful. It has to "click" in place to be safe for use. Overall, it is very sturdy once everything is set up correctly.

I bought this for my grandson to use while painting my house and also for him to use on his house. He loves it and says it's very easy to make it useful for different heights. It also was a good price for it's versatility.

I ordered the 13’, 3-step ladder. I wanted the smaller lighter size. I received, returned, and received again the 17’, 4-step ladder. It says 4x4 right on the box. The 1st box was pretty beat up. Probably returned a few times. Called Amazon after 2nd mistake, to see how not to have it happen again. I was told to use another seller. Unfortunately the only similar item is twice the cost and 25 pounds! 50% heavier than this one. But it’s a high quality name brand with much better know hinges at the middle.

This is my 3rd folding adjustable ladder. This one is the lightest and easiest to handle by far. PLUS it has wheel on two of the legs for even greater ease of transport. Glad I got this one!
