A little complicated to figure out at first, but not too bad. I’m planning to use it on painting for the inside and outside of house comes with a shelf which will be perfect to hold the paint can. If it works well, I may paint the old hole outside of my house.

It did not feel safe when fully extended. Wobbles and bends (more than what is shown in pictures). Also its difficult to setup in tight spaces. Three stars for sellers cooperation with a return.

This ladder was a good product however the 18.5 foot ladder does not come with a platform like the other smaller two ladders do. I checked Amazon and with customer service and it appears you can no buy a platform separately. After some minor difficulty with customer service, they were able to do right by me. Even though the product did not work out for me, I found the ladder very good quality. In addition, given that the company made sure I was satisfied is why I am submitting a high positive review for the company and their product.
