The included hardware made installation about as easy as it could be, given the unavoidable challenges of working up under a kitchen sink and having to figure out what the heck is already installed there. I was able to install two all by myself with no prior plumbing experience, and the second one took substantially less than an hour (with lessons learned from doing the first one). There's only one step where having a partner would really help: when tightening the screw on the large moon-shaped nut under the sink, it's very easy for the whole faucet to rotate a little bit, which results in the hold/cold lever being somewhere other than where you wanted it. This was a particular challenge in our secondary kitchen, where the faucet hole was very close to the backsplash wall (see photo). When you turn the faucet all the way to "hot", the lever extends several inches behind the faucet pole, and in this small kitchen it actually hit the rear wall if I had the faucet installed so the lever was exactly on the side of the faucet. I had to install it twisted a little forward so that the lever had enough room to get all the way to "hot", and it took several times climbing under the sink and back out to get it tightened down in the right orientation. Having someone hold it in place while you tighten it down would make that easy. Once installed, it's a nice faucet. I love the height, and the waterfall is really pleasant for washing your hands and most basic kitchen sink duties. Turning it to spout mode works surprisingly well. Being able to freely rotate the faucet every which way is really nice. The pull-out hose works just fine. The scouring fan-spray mode *looks* very impressive, but honestly it doesn't do all that much and it produces a lot of mist, so I don't end up using it much. It's nice to have occasionally though. Structurally, it's pretty clear it's a cheap faucet, although once it's installed it's not obvious. Some parts are metal and some parts are not. On this all-black model, the finishes on the metal and non-metal parts match very well, so it doesn't stand out in use. I'm a little concerned about the plastic insert at the top of the faucet, where the pull-out head slots in. That slot is responsible for turning the mechanism on the head which diverts it between waterfall and spout mode, so if that clip broke out, one of the major features of the faucet would no longer work right. Still, we've had them installed for several months now and there's no sign of failure just yet. I personally like the fact that the hot/cold lever is marked the way it is, with "cold" to the front when you mount it with the lever to the right side as it is in most of the pictures. To me it's more intuitive to push the lever away from me to get hot water. I know some people say that it's backwards; I think they must be mounting it with the lever in front of the faucet rather than the side, which would cause "cold" to be on the left. Of course you can just attach the hoses the "wrong way" if you want hot on the left, but then the lever would be mis-labeled. Maybe it would be better if the lever was simply blank. I definitely avoided buying a lot of other faucet models because they had their lever labeled the other way around! ... show more

★★★★☆ 4 out of 5 stars For the price, this is an excellent kitchen faucet and a great value. Installation was straightforward, and I was happy to find that all of the necessary parts were included in the box. The pull-down hose is ergonomic, the spray wand is flexible, and the faucet functions well for everyday kitchen use. The reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is that the overall construction feels a bit less substantial than I expected. There are more plastic components than stainless steel, so it doesn't have the premium feel of higher-end models. A couple of tips for anyone planning to install it: Make sure you have the correct fittings and adapters before you begin. It's also worth investing in quality replacement supply lines or fittings to ensure a solid installation that will last for years. If you're installing this in a mobile home, RV, or tiny home, be prepared to make modifications to the existing water lines and possibly the drain plumbing, as these systems often differ from standard residential plumbing. If you're not comfortable making those changes, hiring a professional plumber is well worth it. Overall, this is definitely a great buy. I bought this 14 months ago and I have no complaints. I like it for all the reasons everyone else does...looks good, manageable installation, good water pressure, smooth hose extension, solid components, etc. Same as what others think. The thing I would note is that I have tried three different faucets with the same build: motion sensor with extendable spray hose. The motion sensor function for the first two began to malfunction after a month and two months respectively, turning on randomly with no stimulus (motion, light/shadow, etc). Infuriating. I thought all kitchen faucets with motion sensors would crap out quickly. This one has performed perfectly for over a year and is going strong. So if that's important to you, this is a very good bet. ... show more

    • Very Versatile Kitchen Faucet

After ordering, we received our new faucet the next day. Once our old faucet was removed, installation of the new faucet was fairly easy. You definitely need to make sure that water supply hoses are not kinked and installed on the proper water supply. The hot water hose is marked. Everything on the new faucet works as advertised and appears to be well constructed. The control handle is firm and it controls water flow, temperature, and shuts off the water well. The entire faucet assembly swivels 360° without any issues. Having the LED function, letting you know the temperature of the water coming out, I initially thought was an "overkill" or just a gimmick; however, it actually is a nice feature. It lets you know if the water coming out of the faucet is cold, warm, or hot. Disconnecting the faucet head from the holder is a nice function so you can direct the spray of the water anywhere you want. The control button for "Full" or "Spray" functions works without a problem. Overall, the wife (most importantly) and I like this faucet, as it is very versatile. The only thing that we are having to get used to is, while in the holder, the faucet head sits lower than our old faucet. We would definitely recommend this product if you need a new kitchen faucet. ... show more
