  • Nice looking gazebo for the money. Good Value.
Color: Black Size: 10'x12'
Item came in three separate boxes and all items were packaged extremely well! Directions use icons in sequential steps that are easy to follow. I unboxed all parts and packages so I could identify the parts quickly during installation. The parts are marked with stickers using letters to identify parts. I followed the directions with blind faith and had no problems. Did I mention how well all parts were packed? They provided extra fasteners to account for any that may be missing, lost, or defective. One of the most impressive things I noticed while assembling my unit was the fact that EVERY hole lined up easily so you could insert your fastener with ease! This is a first for anything I've ever put together of this magnitude. I did need help when erecting the roof trusses/frame. The roofing panels and the rest I finished on my own with little to no problems. You will possibly make a few easy to catch mistakes if you take your time putting the gazebo up yourself. If you rush, you may make the installation a little more difficult than needed. I knew before purchasing, that I would have to allow some time for a lengthy installation and that there would be no cutting corners. If I knew of any short cuts, I would share that with you. I just approached this job with a laid back attitude and the installation was a joy. This is the first gazebo I've ever purchased Online and not from a local vendor/business. I usually like to see the construction/design of the unit before purchasing. That way I can avoid the hassles of having to rectify any unseen issues. I did come across one problem with some bad welds on the cross members of the roofing trusses. A couple were bad and I'm glad I caught them before putting them up during the install. I had my wife contact their support to send the pieces I needed to finish the job. Within 24-48 hours they replied that they would send what was needed after I had sent them some pictures showing the failed welds. I'm not a welder, but I do know that the weld of any item should never fail or give way. The material that the weld is attached to should be what gives way and not the weld itself. This unit is built really well and did I mention how well it was packaged? The strength of any object lies at its weakest point. The items that were needed arrived within several days and were much welcomed! This was the only problem that I came across and it wasn't a big deal after knowing they were doing their best to solve the problem. Stuff happens and when you experience such an event, you can easily find yourself getting upset, but knowing I had options, it was just a matter of patience. I could tell how well this thing was built and the wait was well worth it! I gave them a five star rating because of the quality of the unit and their response to my need for replacement parts. The directions, looks of the unit, ease of installation, extra fasteners, and price/value of the gazebo is another reason for the five star rating. I bought this because I was tired of having to replace my soft top unit that would allow the rain to ruin our experiences in the gazebo. So, if you're similar to me and trying to figure out what's out there that won't make you regret your decision for buy one, this is a great unit that doesn't let water in and is well designed and looks great and is priced really well! My wife loves it and so does everyone else who gets to enjoy it while avoiding the hot sun and rain when it falls. ... show more

  • Very happy!
Color: Black Size: 12'x12'
We received our gazebo in several boxes(7-8, I forget) and they didn't all arrive on the same day as others have mentioned. I felt a bit weary when I first learned that FedEx was the carrier as they're notorious for leaving us damaged deliveries. A couple of the boxes did arrive with some significant damage but thankfully the pieces all seemed to be okay. The manufacturer packs VERY well using wood crates on the inside for extra protection. The boxes are extremely heavy. I set this gazebo up with my husband. Before starting, we did a quick inventory of everything and all of the pieces were available as well as extras. As it's been mentioned in several of the reviews, the instructions are very well laid out and easy to follow. We came across a couple pieces that had slight defects so I reached out to the seller(Eric) who was quick to respond and was very accommodating. This gazebo took me and my husband approximately 13 hours to assemble. We've had it for 7 months now and we have no regrets. Someone in the reviews mentioned that their structure leaks and I can assure you that ours does not. I'm not sure if that was due to faulty assembly or defective parts but I have never seen ours leak. It's a very sound build. The week after we got ours set up we had some micro bursts come through our area and the structure moved about 3 feet but thankfully there was no damage. I'm trying to figure out how to secure it better for next spring. We have ours sitting on pavers so I'm not sure how much good bolting it down will do. If you're in an area where you get severe weather you may want to get creative in that regard, maybe set the posts in planters with concrete first.? Also, when putting together the corner parts/rails of the roof(parts "G" and "D4"), DO NOT over tighten(see my photo for reference). They probably should tell you this in the manual but it's not mentioned. If you over tighten, you risk bending the parts and creating dimples on the underside of the roof. I just thought this was something worth mentioning. This gazebo can be assembled with one person but I wouldn't recommend it. 2-3 sets of hands will make things go much more smoothly. You'll also need a couple of ladders and some patience...don't rush and all will be well. :) We love our gazebo! We're very pleased with the quality as well as customer service. If you're on the fence, don't hesitate. If you run into any quality or technical issues, reach out to the seller and I'm confident he will be sure to make everything right for you.(Thanks Eric!) ... show more

  • 12x14 lue bona kakarotta gazebo
Color: Black Size: 12'x14'
Bought 12x14 gazebo. Directions were good and would have been easy to install but we had a tight space to work in. You need to take your time. It took my husband and myself (in our 60s) 3 days. Could have done it in a day if we were younger. Had a problem in 3 places where it didn’t line up and we stripped it out so cut out the screws and put in a nut and bolt. Again if we weren’t in a constricted space this probably would not have happened. Although there were numerous bags of screws the majority we used were one screw type. The only thing missing in the instructions were how to overlap the panels. There were extra screws in case you loose any. The guttering system doesn’t really work but I did not have high expectations for tiny gutter. We are very pleased with the look. Only been up 2 weeks and so far so good. We did have one missing piece and one extra piece. The company responded in less than 24 hours and shipped the replacement piece within 4 days. ... show more

  • Pretty easy set up, very solid
Color: Black Size: 10'x12'
It took us a day to set this up, it does have a lot of poles and bolts, but it was not to bad to set up, we added solar Edison Bulbs and it comes with screens panels and solid panels. It’s quite lovely and very durable, we have it bolted to concrete, so it has withstood high winds.
