Took a risk because so few purchases and reviews were on this product, but we are so glad that we did! Purchased 3 of these, 2 came out perfect, but 1 had a damaged string. The replacement process was painless through Amazon customer service. The 2 working shades are easy up easy down. The dark color is deep but neutral and matches a walnut finish in color. We chose this product because we wanted natural wood, in a color that matched our interior, and the privacy offered by a dense blind. They aren't blackout, but they give privacy better than most other options with many more reviews! The setup wasn't too bad. Watching the video on this page helped especially with the orientation of the mounting parts. The mounting system was the hardest part since it doesn't snap in, so it might require two people: one person can hold it while the other fixes it in place with the included wing nuts.
