It's Hello, I recently received the LUCKLIFE Leather Recliner Sofa Set, and I am disappointed with the quality of the item. While the assembly was easy, the product itself does not meet expectations. The material looks very cheap in person, and there is a significant issue with the seat cushions—they are not uniform and appear lumpy. Because the item is not as described/pictured, I would like to know what my options are for a return and full refund, or if you can offer a significant discount to account for these defects. I have attached a photo of the uneven cushioning for your review and easy tears just by pacing your drink in the cup holders I look forward to hearing from you soon. Best regards, [Your looking and it's a problem with the seat cushion it's not uniform. Assembly is easy but so what when the product is not worth $1000. Next time I get something more expensive.
