This mattress is not as firm as described. It measured 9in after 30 minutes of being unwrapped and next day was 9.5inches. It sinks although the feel is firm so my back/spine hurts every morning. I’ve only slept on it 3 days . Every morning I have to lay on the carpeted floor to stretch my back/spine to feel better. I was hoping for the firmness you get from most sofa/couch cushions but because of tempurpedic layers, it’s not firm- in fact it feels like the Sleepy’s firm mattress who’s is awful but I just don’t have time to return a mattress if you know what I mean ... show more

Happy so far. I let the mattress expand for about 48hrs maybe a little more. Definitely did not wait the 72hrs it says it might take. The mattress is 10” thick and looked even all the way around and in the corners. Slept on it a couple nights and it’s a great mattress. The firm is what I ordered and it lives up to it. Perfect for 170lbs who’s tired and sore every day. Feels great to lay down on. No complaints to list. Hopefully it holds up over time. Also, I’m not using a frame or anything. Bad quality and customer service. Don't buy it for your health. I bought this mattress one year ago. recently I feel my back are really hurt, after carefully check, I found it was caused by the mattress. The middle part of the mattress are soft than other part obviously, so that my back was not support properly when I sleep. I try to contact costumer service, it is really hard to reach them. Finally I got response from them, after over 1 month explanation, they told me that the warranty only covers lasting indentations or sags deeper than an inch and a half. How that possible to a 5 inch mattress has a one and half deep hole in the middle? so ridiculous!! The first photo shows that the mattress is placed on a hard, flat wooden bed frame, ensuring there is no uneven support from underneath that could affect its shape. The second photo confirms that this is your Lucid 5-inch mattress. Photos 3 and 4 demonstrate the degree of sagging when two 5-pound weights (a total of 10 pounds) are placed in the center of the mattress. I positioned a metal ruler across the measuring points so that its edge is perfectly aligned with the top surface of the mattress. One photo shows the ruler placed in front of the weights, and the other shows it placed behind them, allowing you to clearly see the height relationship between the ruler’s edge and the top of the weights. It is obvious that in this case, the ruler’s edge is higher than the top of the weights. Photos 5 and 6 provide a comparison, using the same two weights placed near the edge of the mattress. The ruler is again placed across the two sides to align with the mattress surface. In this case, the ruler’s edge is clearly lower than the top of the weights. By comparing the mattress’s deformation when the weights are placed in the center versus near the edge, it is clear that the center area is softer and lacks proper support. ... show more
