I was a little nervous about using this, but the instructions were quite clear. The package contains everything you need, including two hand shavers. You need to shave the area before you use the laser (this is what the dermatologist did when I went to her office). I appreciated that sunglasses were included for eye protection. The shape of the handle makes it very easy to manipulate the laser to wherever you want to go. Fyi-this runs on 110 or 220 voltage.

I was skeptic about it being painless, but I didn’t feel anything at all even on the highest level of IPL. Once plugged, the screen to turn on/off and adjust levels of IPL is touch screen. Really cool.
