Very frustrating experience overall from this seller! This console is very large in size with two dog crates inside. It came in two boxes and it took my husband all day to assemble it. The last thing he had to do was to put the dog crate doors on but none of the hinges would line up with the holes. He tried to redrill them but the doors still don’t close right. There is no way we can return it since it’s huge and already assembled and we would never be able to get them back in the boxes they came in. Seller offered us $20 or they could order more parts but since this seller is out of China we would never get them! I want a full refund so I will need to get my money back from American Express! Buyer beware! Any communication from this seller is like speaking to a robot! HORRIBLY DISSATISFIED! ... show more
