This sofa was delivered safely and securely in two boxes that came a few days apart. It was a bit stiff at first, but I have sat on it for hours at a time over the past few weeks and it has become softer (but still very supportive!) If I were slightly shorter I would take a nap on it comfortably. The color is accurate to the photos and the fabric is very high-quality; I think this sofa will hold up well over time. It is much more comfortable than other mail-to-order sofas I've sat on from Wayfair or Amazon. I would absolutely buy again! It was a challenge to assemble: some of the pieces did not align at first (also, it is not visible, but one of the back pieces does not fully slide into place so that it is level with the other piece). I did assemble it alone, but it took me several hours, namely because two pieces did not properly align and I had to disassemble and reassemble a few times to try to get the pieces to fit together. If you purchase this sofa, make sure you watch the video, too; the diagrams in the instructions they send are slightly inaccurate. A further note: I originally left a 1-star review and contacted the company because the holes in the sofa did not line up and the back could not be attached. The company appears to have deleted that review. However, they did respond to my inquiry (not particularly helpfully; I ended up disassembling part of the sofa and assembling it out of order so that I could ensure the slightly defective piece would be forced to align). I did get the couch together, however!

This sofa is a key piece for a multi use space that is an office and TV room. It comfortably accommodates two medium sized folks. The cushions are deep and firm. It is holding up well, we have had it for 2 months. The back cushions Velcro in place. We assembled it in about 1.5 hours. We had to adjust the back piece assembly a bit because the two metal pieces were not latching as they should, but we loosened the bolts a bit and bingo it slid together.

I absolutely love this couch! It was easy to put together. If you want to put it together quickly, do so with 2 people. It has a light chemical like smell to it, but I’m sure it’ll fade. If not, I believe you can take off the cushions to wash them. It’s super deep, soft, and I fell asleep on it for the first night of it being up. All in all, great purchase for the price!

I want to give this 5 stars but that would be dishonest. The couch came in two separate boxes 3 days apart. That was the first issue. When the 2nd box arrived there was a) an extra cushion included with nowhere to put it b) the screws seemed to be too small for the holes and took much longer than expected to get them screwed in ( and needed a little glue) c) the hinges on the backboard part of the sofa were bent and if you look closely the middle of the sofa goes up in the back because they pieces don't fit together. Why did I give it four stars? It's comfortable. The color is lovely. The size is perfect for a small office.

I purchased this loveseat to replace an upholstered daybed that I had in my home office. The size, the color, and everything about it is perfect. This is a small piece and it suits a small space. The seat cushions are firm, but not hard. They are held down to the base with Velcro. The back pillows are substantial and do not seem as if they will collapse in a short period of time. They are held to the back of the loveseat with Velcro as well. The directions are easy to follow. There are pictures available to show you exactly what to do and in what order. The loveseat arrived in two separate boxes. They were delivered a few days apart. I am very pleased with this purchase.

After a few days with this sturdy little couch I can say it's going to serve me well. It's in my office and will be used daily. I'm 5'2" and can comfortably sit cross legged on it. The assembly was easy except for sliding the metal backing pieces together. I needed a rubber mallet to pound the backs into place evenly with each other. There was also a bolt in the bottom that didn't want to go in. It was eventually forced into place but took time and energy. I imagine that was just the particular couch I received though. It's comfortable and dog approved. The fabric isn't the softest, but it doesn't bother me. I wouldn't want to lay my face on it. I would buy it again for sure!
