The reclining couch is very well made and I had no issues putting it together. It's comfortable in both the sitting position and reclining. It feels quite sturdy over the few months I've had it so far and the mechanisms still work fine. It has made a great addition to my game room and is the perfect size for my needs. Overall, an excellent recliner couch. Also, my cat loves it. It was also packed very well and despite one of the boxes having a big hole in it (from shipping, which is on Amazon/delivery and not the product/seller), there was no damage to any of the pieces. ... show more

Directions were not the best due to small print. Supports heavy people with no worries. All parts worked fine. Comfortable. All plugs work. All moving parts work. Even the lever seems strong. I only gave it 4 stars due to poor design with the 3 main parts, it really should have a way to connect in middle since after time any heavy leaning may stress the base and cause it to bow outwards...but not there yet. Color is good, liked the change of material where the feet are so less stains. Reclines perfectly. Fits all sized people comfortably. Storage draw is larger than I expected. ... show more

I was replacing very soft recliners with lower seats. I needed something firmer, sturdier, and wanted it to be more attractive. (My old ones were nice, but not nearly as nice as these.) It's relatively easy to put together - I do all of my assembly alone because I live alone. But if you had a second person it would go in a snap. I encourage you to follow the directions very very carefully. The first page is confusing because of the way they number the screws and such, but it's accurate. Not impossible like Ikea. The height of the seat is perfect, the cushioning is just right, it truly doesn't need any room between the back of the chair and the wall to recline because of the special design, and it provides excellent support. I have fallen asleep on it almost every night since I've gotten it - it's sooo comfortable! Oh, and I love the hidden drawer in the middle, the storage space in the console between the seats and the ability of the middle seat to flip down to a table. Those are the things that sold me after perusing a couple of dozen couches. ... show more

I used it for long durations of time to watch movies and didn’t feel tired, and the high-quality PU leather is well crafted.
