I have a similar soft crate and wanted another for a different room. I was hoping that this crate was as nice, and IT IS! Perfect size for my corgi. Easy to stow behind the couch when company comes. Used this for when we go out of town and want her crated at night. We have a beagle puppy she’s been crate trained so she easily sleeps in this, it’s easier to carry then her metal crate. It is flimsy, so I wouldn’t say it’s of great quality, but it’s pretty cheap.

    • Not good for keeping pets secure but a great place for pets to hang out

I have a chorkie and a dachshund. My dachshund busted through the zipper in a matter of seconds after putting him in, but we left it in the living room and put some soft blankets in there and the dogs like to hang out in it like a club house. I would never attempt to zip it up with both of dogs in it, but It’s big enough that they choose to hang out in there sometimes together, and they really seem to like it, which is great because they absolutely will not sleep on the ground, they insist on being on whatever furniture we are on, but now I can just tell them go home and they go in their pin and get comfortable and sometimes I look over and they have gone in there themselves. Also gives a place to isolate if one of the dogs wants a moment alone or offers a way to keep them separated if they get treats without having to take them in different rooms. TLDR; This is an upgrade from what we had for 4 years and I’m looking forward to using it on an upcoming read trip. Seems sturdy for my cat’s use. WHAT WE HAD: We had the gray, non handle version of this items from a different seller for 4 years. That one had a long-side opening instead of the top opening this product has. It served as a larger keeper for my cat as well as a designated cat spot in the car on road trips. It was well loved and just couldn’t be cleaned anymore. It was definitely a cheap item that got the job done. THIS PRODUCT: This product is heavier duty than the last one I had. The material is thicker and the zippers seem stronger. I like the top handles a lot. I still have the little back straps for securing a seatbelt in the car. It’s not going to be more escape-proof, hole chew-able, or do “more job” than other pop-up pet tents/crates but I can easily see not needing to repurchase this item for a very long time with the gentle wear and tear I know we will put into this thing. ... show more

First of ALL, You get what you paid for. Its very light-weight, material is sheer, and its not like a durable kennel. Its more of a temporary kennel for camping, or travel. This pop-up kennel is easy to install, good size. (It does kinda give laundry hamper vibes tho, lol.) Its actually wider then I expected. My husky/lab mix 44lb dog fits perfectly laying down with space left over. I needed something to keep my dog's shedding hair to minimum in my car and less trips to the carwash. Its also has some corner bottom bands, which I strap the seatbelt throught them for safety securement. My dog sheds too much, I was desperate to find a solution. This works out great and Its also budget friendly, especially for what I needed for, Im happy and saved money:) ... show more

I bought this for my new kitten, because I wanted her to be able to have room to play when I take her on longer road trips, or overnight somewhere, and I don't have much space where I live so I really like how it folds up flat for storage. This pop up pet kennel is amazing! My kitten fell in love with it. She actually loves it so much, I don't even fold it up to store it away, I leave it up for her all the time, because she likes keeping her toys in it, and playing with it. She loves jumping on top of it, climbing it, hiding inside it, etc. I'm very impressed by how durable, and sturdy, it is too! She scratches/claws, and climbs, it, but when I look at it I don't even see any damage. It's also very easy to clean, I only have to use a little water, and a wash cloth.
