We ordered this in March and it came quickly in five boxes. All pieces were wrapped and labeled with a few of the vertical beams having small creases in them. Not wanting to make it worse, we left them and decided they would be covered by the curtains. It wasn't enough to return and get replacements. All product was shipped and directions are pictures only, no descriptions so we made sure we understood before assembly. One problem we had is in our township any accessory building over 200 square feet needs a building permit. We ordered a 12x20 which was 240. After much consideration and help from a local metal shop and a miter saw we were able to modify to a size under 200 square feet. Now up, you can hardly tell it's been modified and it looks beautiful. Just a word of warning, check your local zoning and building departments.

Overall quality looks good and description was accurate. It took two people several hours to put together and didn't come with anchor bolts. Packages were separated in shipping and we were not informed how many were coming, so our installers had to return. We are happy with the finished product so far.
