Set up did take about 5-6 hours with two people but the instructions were super easy to follow. The color and look of it was accurate and after being rained on quite heavily for a month I can tell the color will definitely hold up. We could not be more impressed with this pergola! The louvered roof allows us to adjust depending on weather- this has held up with a recent snow storm- our deck underneath remained dry and the pergola intact! The color is identical to the advertised photo- it matches our house wonderfully. It came with clear instructions and all pieces needed to assemble- it took us about 5 hours with 4 people to assemble give the size and weight of the structure.
