  • You could hold the world up with this ladder
Size: 4 feet
How often do you LOVE a ladder? This time for sure. Love it. As solid as Mount Washington. At 21 pounds (4-foot ladder) it's not too heavy to lug around, or to get up and down stairs and around corners. It's a two-hand lift, not a flimsy, lightweight fluff ladder you can bounce around with one hand. That's okay. It's a bit heavier for a good reason. The steps are the same on either side so you never have to fuss about which way the ladder is facing. It's always ready for you. I particularly like the two-sided feature because you can straddle the top with a foot on either side. Very comfortable and stable. It's a bit stiff to open but hey, it's a new ladder. It opens and closes smoothly, which is the main thing. There is no provision for holding tools--no slots, no holes. That is not a failing, particularly with a 4-foot ladder. This one is all about being sturdy, not about any other features, no matter how handy they may be on other ladders. If Atlas needed a ladder to hold the world up just a little higher, this is the ladder he'd want. It's that solid. ... show more

  • I can actually get to my 17" ceilings now.
Size: 14 feet
I got the 14" ladder to reach my high home ceilings of 17'6". This is a heavy duty load rating at 375 lb. It makes the ladder heavier, but more stable. Still at this height you can feel some flex. My painter and light fixture guys are using it on my remodel and have raved about the ladder. It is very wide and has grippy legs so it's a chore to move around so have the regular ladders for the lower altitudes. After I'm done I'll store it in my garage on hooks and going forward I'll be able to reach the ceilings as well the next owner of the house well after I'm gone. ... show more

  • Pro ladder, period.
Size: 6 feet
Three levels of tools. Homeowner, Handyman and Pro. This is a Pro ladder. Double step is a huge advantage by being able to straddle the ladder. A lot more comfortable and stable. Can climb from either side so you're not repositioning as much. It's solid...no flimsy half of THIS ladder. It's a bit heavier than a 1 step, of course, but it's not heavy. 375 lb capacity... It's gonna cost a little more than a 1 step, but you won't regret it. This ladder will last a lifetime. ... show more

  • Be careful buyers
Size: 4 feet
The ladder arrived very dirty and dusty and scuff marks as if it’s been used this ladder is not or was not new per the description when it was purchased and the pic gives off that the ladder is red but it’s actually orange the color really does not matter I am just appalled that it had all these scuffs and scratches on the metal as well as the fiberglass part of the ladder ... show more

  • Great ladder, but arrived with damage
Size: 16 feet
The ladder was only wrapped in a single layer of broken flexible cardboard (not as much protection as a box would have provided) and appeared to have received an impact during shipping that left some scuffs and broke two of the support rivets. I didn't notice the damage until I got the ladder upright and unfortunately I didn't get it upright until after the return window closed. If it wasn't for the damage I would give it a 5 star rating because this ladder is solid! I've reached out directly to the manufacturer about the damage to see if they will provide a repair kit. If I had found this issue upon arrival I would have asked for a discount or replacement. If the issue is resolved to my satisfaction I'll change my rating. I'll be using the ladder indoors to install a truss system and carry circus apparatus up and down my 18-ft ceiling. It's stable enough that I feel very comfortable using it for rigging provided I can get it repaired. ... show more

Size: 14 feet
This a great ladder and a good price. But I would not buy again do to shipping company. I had to order the ladder twice and took 5 weeks. Shipping Company made no contact, no emails, no phone call. When I would email them or call them they would give me no response. Called the seller. NO RESPONSE. Good ladder if you can get it. ... show more

  • Great ladder if not damaged before arriving
Size: 12 feet
This is a very solid ladder and will allow a reach unlike other ladders I currently own. I was shocked that the legs are uneven. I cannot safely use it. It was either damaged in shipping or assembly. Being so large & hard to transport you would assume that the flaw would have been caught by quality control. I ordered a replacement & hope the same issue doesn’t repeat itself. Delays are annoying. I finally got the replacement after 3 promised dates. The replacement was wrapped nicely unlike first one. It is level on all legs. It works great though I recommend 2 people so there is a counterbalance for unlevel ground. I love it. ... show more
