Maybe I got a defective unit, but they are easily some of the worst sounding headphones I have ever used. The sound is thin and lacks bass. The soundstage feels artificially large yet small at the same time, and these headphones are terrible to use with an EQ. Lastly, their look makes them feel like cheap gaming headphones very light and plastic feel and the wood is clearly fake. Biggest waste of money—it's all style and no quality.     • Read this before you buy.
Great sound, premium look, and excellent build quality—no complaints there. However, the fit is a major issue. Unlike other Meze Audio models I own (105 and Closed Back Classic with self-adjusting headbands), this one is not very accommodating. If you have a medium to larger head size, these likely won’t fit comfortably—if at all. That’s disappointing because everything else about them is done right. It feels like they’re designed specifically for smaller head sizes. If you’re unsure about fit, I’d recommend sticking with models like the 109 Pro, 105, or Classic, which offer better adjustability. Overall: 3/5 stars. I had to take off 2 stars for comfort—because if you can’t wear them, nothing else really matters. ... show more

    • Great bass and imaging, really comfortable, but…
I don’t love them as much as the 109 Pros. The bass is great. The treble can be a little too sharp for me. They are super comfortable though. The imaging is great. Great quality. I like the cord quality and length. I just can’t turn them up too loud on certain tracks or my ear dies.
