this product is genuinely my saving grace!! after years of bleaching and dyeing my hair pink, no other products would help bring back my hair's natural waves or make it any less damaged or if it did help, it would only last for a day max before my hair felt super dry again. this product has helped SOOOOO much and the effects last for DAYS!! not only are my natural waves back and wavier than ever, but my hair feels sooooo soft again!! i haven't tried it as just a leave in yet, i've only used it in place of conditioner and then washed it out but im def going to have to give that a try considering leaving it in for just a minute has done so much. this product is worth all the hype and deserves all the five star reviews seriously!! i'm soooo thankful that something finally worked for me ... show more

I don't do a lot of product reviews, but I had to with this product. My hair has always been very sensitive to any color processes, as well as heat use for styling. Particularly at my hairline around my face. I mean, it literally becomes so brittle that it breaks off little by little, clear down to the root. I purchased this power restore, and within 3 days of using it daily, my hair was quickly showing signs of repair, almost to the point of no evidence of chemical processing! I put it on my problem areas after washing my hair, leave it in, do my usual drying routine, then put a tiny amount more on the problem areas again after it's dry. It's great, because it doesn't leave my hair looking oily at all, and I can still go my usual 2 to 3 days between washing my hair. During those 2 to 3 days, I apply small amounts more to the problem areas as well. This product has been a miracle product for me! I purchased this large container of it, and it's sure to last me a while. Considering I do often use heat for styling my hair, I'll continue using it daily even after my hair has healed from the chemical processing for added protection. It smells great and leaves my hair softer than it's been in a long time, and my boyfriend even noticed that :) I can't say enough how happy I am with this product and what it's done for my problematic hair! My hair was really damaged from getting chemical straightening treatments so often. But after applying this, it feels much softer. It smells nice, and I actually like that it isn't too thick. Plus, it's great value for money, so I use it every day.
