This is a beautiful, quality knit blanket that I find very comfortable. I use it as the blanket on my bed, sleeping under just my top flat sheet and this blanket. It has a noticable weight (but not what I would call heavy), is warm, but is also breathable so you don't get too hot under it. It's been absolutely perfect for me, and I would describe it best as the perfect blanket for a nap. It has a nice weave/pattern to it that has stayed true, and the cats have also not pulled any of the threads out. No issues with pilling or shedding either. I will caution that you should NOT wash this in a top loader washer: once the blanket is wet it is SUPER HEAVY, and if it doesn't break your washer drum, it's certainly going to sound like it is! I'm extremely happy with this purchase - it's exactly what I was looking for! ... show more

I love this blanket. I have the mustard yellow mixed with cream and it’s beautiful. I use it for a cover up when I’m on the sofa and it’s perfect for that little bit of warmth needed from the cold a/c. I’m sure it will work the same in winter. It’s very light weight, knitted, and seems to be made well. Very soft. If you want a thick heavy blanket for extreme warmth this isn’t for you.
