Bought 4 lasers at nearly the same time. Xtool D1's and Longer Pro's. The Longer was less expensive but outperformed the competition 3-1. The quality of the burn was excellent and the detail without a doubt much better. The customer service team is quick to respond to any questions which is great. If you use these units in business you need quick response and not some runaround. The detail of the burns is great. The flag you see has stars that stand out and the stripes also. My customers are always totally amazed at the quality.

Good product, laser burn is a must have program to go along with this, which is currently ninety nine dollars. I like the screen on the control unit. But unfortunately, mine only showed the logo after a few days. Return policy is great. I did return my unit and ordered a new one. Customer service is hard to get a hold of but they do have an ai chat that works pretty well.

This device has been amazing. We used it for wedding favors and gifts. From engraving metal, to wood, to leather…you can do portraits and handwritten messages etc. Your creativity is the limit of what you can achieve. I also appreciated the customer service when I had a question on installation, Ryan was able to use remote access to help me install everything, the night before our wedding to make sure our favors got done in time. Truly grateful!

Love it. I retired and it’s a lot of fun doing art projects on bad weather days. I bought Lightburn for my software. If you use this in the house (I burn in my basement you will need to vent it. I found the instructions to be very weak but YouTube is helpful plus I programmed and operated a CNC machine for the last 10 years of work so I found it easy to setup and use

My laser is out of warranty, but we have had trouble getting it to work. We contacted customer support and they have been nothing but great with us. They have sent several parts to us to fix the machine for free. Did I mention we are out of warrenty. I really respect a company that stands by their product. We are waiting for another part we need (once again covered by Longer out of warrenty), and hopefully this laser will be cutting all kinds of projects. I will update my review with pictures when it is all assembled and we are happily burning.
