The media could not be loaded. Nice little machine. Came well packaged with no damage. Small issue with assembly that customer service addressed immediately. Works well, I'm using Lightburn software, there's no proprietary software. My first machine would only run on their proprietary software and connected to the internet. I love that you can run something just using the machine when you save your file onto the SD card. They advertise "perfect for beginners" and I'd say that's fair. Easy to assemble and use.

Yes I would like to thank longer laser for the time and patience for getting my laser running again. I had problems with the controller and they tried to get it running on line with their knowledge and found out the controller was the problem so they are sending me another one.Some people may not realize that if they can fix your problem on line that is less downtime for your business.As shipping can take days. I am very happy with their service. They just need some help on the phone and as very hard to get through.Thanks again for your support!
