Replace a four slot old Black& Decker stainless steel toaster with this new two slot longer style toaster decided to go with the new fancy touch screens because you know why not and I was pleasantly surprised at how well the settings match the actual final product and just how nice the product actually really is well. It's very skeptical at first and did look at many different ones before purchasing this particular one. However, that being said, this was a great purchase and it has been working excellently for several months now. They can handle pretty much any size piece of bread you decide to put in there. Granted it's not too thick but lengthwise any low. Any round you can slice up and put in here and it does adjust time based off of use. For example, if you toast a piece of bread in it says 3 minutes remaining and then you do another set of bread right after that on the same setting it will reduce time because of already being warm from previous cycle. It is pretty spot on!

This toaster is terrible. It stopped working after only three uses and would not turn on again. While the slots are large enough for bagels and thick bread and the heat is decent, none of that matters when the product completely fails. It is also bulky and takes up too much counter space. I would not recommend this toaster at all.

Revised review: August 24, 2025 After my original review, the company reached out to me to make sure I would understand that it was not intentional to have their product malfunction. They were kind, professional, and speedy in handling my problem. They definitely solved my problem in a nost satisfactory way. In the future I would reconsider buying a different product from them. Original review after receiving the product: I was hoping that this would be like the three Breville toasters I have had over the years, but alas, I was disappointed. I put it on the lowest setting and it still burns the toast and does not toast evenly.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve used a lot of toasters before, but this one blows them all away! The touchscreen is super intuitive, and I love that it remembers my settings—no need to fiddle with buttons every morning. The reheat and defrost functions actually work without drying out the bread, and the wide slots easily fit my sourdough and bagels. Plus, the stainless steel design looks sleek on my kitchen counter. If you’re looking for a versatile 4-slice toaster with great features and consistent results, this is it. Bonus: it even has a one-slice mode and a power-off button for peace of mind.
