my most of the day goes in meeting and I constantly use the headphone for meetings. So something like earbuds or complete cover over the ear headphone is definitely not an option for me. I always prefer these kind of sets where my ear doesn't hurt and I am able to attend meetings while attentive enough to what's happening around. This headphone fits perfect for me need, though I have another such headphone, I am keeping this as an alternative. Sound quality is great along with noise level reduction. DO NOT BUY. I purchased for work. I could not hear the caller, nor could they hear me. I only use logitech, this one was different and was AWFUL. If you need for work, do not buy.

I got the single ear option. Sound quality from the ear piece is good. Total silence when no one is talking. I don't find it nearly as nice as my old Plantronics headset that I have had for 10 years. The part that goes over your head is stiffer, heavier, and not as flexible. It also feels super cheap especially the control buttons which I find too close to headset. The cord is a little shorter than my Plantronics but it is decent. Anyway It works well with MS Teams as specified. Mic audio is decent. No complaints from anyone on calls. I am not sure what one of the buttons does though because there is no documentation. I also could do without the voice saying "mute on / mute off" when I press the mute button. That gets annoying after a while. ... show more

My first computer microphone ever was a Logitech I got in the late 90s. I am SO thrilled that Logitech still makes quality products!! The H570e headset is not the BEST headset you can get. But for the price? It's SO good! The sound quality is really decent for this style of headset. Everything sounds really clear. And the microphone is just as good as any expensive phone! No one has a problem hearing me and there are no reports of crackling or static. It's quite clear. The headset itself is very comfortable. It's lightweight, and I'm a big headed girl, and this didn't squish my head at all. It also doesn't hurt my ear. For the price, you really can't beat this headset! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The Logitech USB Headset Mono H570e does a good job of canceling out any background noise. If you use the headset for recording audio, the recorded audio is a good quality. The playback volume isn't the best, but you have to remember that this is a mono headset so everything comes through one speaker. If your main purpose is to listen to music, you will want to look at something that has a stero sound and that will be a completely different style of headset. This headset is definitely more effective when just listening to speech. The headset is quite comfortable and can be adjusted for a better fit. The controls are on the cord and easily accessible. It would have been nice though if there were a clip on the controls where it could be clipped to your shirt. As for what I don't like, there is only one thing. I don't like that I have to unplug it in order to hear sound from my speakers. I use it on a desktop computer and it isn't convenient to have to plug and unplug the headset at the tower every day. ... show more

Okay I'm really into this. I'm still in remote meeting land and have been rocking some Sennheiser HD25's for meetings to get the one open ear thing and it's felt pretty unprofessional. While I prefer the sound on the Senny end, I'd also like to come off more professionally and these really sell "customer service" vibes. Sound is great, very clear. I think the mic is a tremendous upgrade for me in this instance where I have to keep my gaming mic off cam. I couldn't see in the listing how adjustable the mic is, it looked like it from the images, but I wasn't sure. I always favor my right ear, and you can just flip the mic over to favor whichever ear is your preference. In-line controls work great. Light weight but sturdy, doesn't dramatically mess up my hair, has been comfortable for me at the durations I use it (couple of hours). Looking at the other reviews, might be some QC concerns, seeing mention of buzzing? I haven't had that as an issue, but will absolutely report back if that develops. So far... it's not going to win audio or fashion awards, but it's entirely utilitarian, highly functional and something I can keep plugged in and ready to go.
