Fits Champion 40 ton wood splitter great! Chanced and bought this cover. Couldn’t be better. Front of cover tagged with a label in bright yellow. Cinch straps in the right places. If it holds up, which looks likely, I’ll give it a nine outa ten (wanted green😊).

This is, hands down, the best, most durable outdoor equipment cover I have ever purchased! The material is very strong and after a solid year of snow, wind, rain, and brutal sunshine, this cover has not faded, nor has been weakened by exposure. Even after suffering through the frequent 70mph winds we get in Western Colorado, it has not torn. I'm thoroughly impressed and wishing this company made covers for all my other machines! Highly recommend!!!

A good log splitter should last for a decade or more. A good cover helps make that possible. Most covers are thin, and break down from sunlight in 2-3 years. Hence this cover - heavy material, solid, large enough to cover most splitters, straps to hold in in place in high winds. My only quibble is they didn’t mark front, so it can be a hassle to position it correctly (easily fixed with a dab of white paint). Overall, an excellent cover1

According to the dimentions of the cover, it says it will not fit my splitter (Champion 37 ton). However, I ordered it anyway. When I got the new cover, front label on the inside, the cover did fit. The drawstring on the front covers the hitch, also has a strap on the front. On the back, there is a strap, covers the whole splitter, over the fenders and tires too. Does condensate in cold weather with cover on, the splitter is a huge hunk of steel it gets cold. Not a big deal, great cover to protect your investment.
