We bought this light to put above our pool table. I liked it because it has a slim profile - I didn’t want a big bulky light to get in the way of cross table conversations :-). This fixture has nice styling, but it’s much smaller than the photos shown in the advertisement. The diameter of the tubular members is around 1/2”, and I was under the impression that it was 1”. Secondly, the overall length is understated. The value is good and you’d easily pay double for a more scalable product, but it’s still a bit disappointing. Lastly, and very importantly, this fixture works best mounted 24” above a 72” x 36” island. The Sylvania TruWave LED bulbs and an LED dimming switch enables one effective dimming and great mood. ... show more

I ordered this light from Amazon and had it professionally installed by an electrician only to discover that the straight line across the middle and the lamps themselves were uneven and appeared bent. Amazon sent me a replacement light, which I just had reinstalled again by the electrician, and while it isn't nearly as crooked as the first, it is clearly uneven and was manufactured that way. (picture included) There is no way to "unbend" it without breaking the light as it is not a great quality. I've already had a matching single light installed over the sink, or I would return this and get another light all together. Very disappointed in the quality but I guess I get what I paid for. And the bill from my electrician was more than the lamps themselves. :( ... show more

This lamp added the finishing touch to our farmhouse style kitchen. It looks just perfect over our island, and it took my husband and son-in-law less than and hour to install.
