I'm really pleased with this small cat carrier for the price. I ordered it for a kitten, and it's a great alternative to the hard-sided travel cages for quick trips and vet visits. I wouldn't leave my pet unattended it in for too long, because as a kitten, she's picking at the mesh sides and I feel like she could do some damage over time. Also, even the beige color has pink piping and details, just to share. Otherwise, I love this and it's super lightweight and great for my needs. No issues with the hardness for me and otherwise very happy with this one.

I really like this cat carrier for many reasons. It is sturdy when zipped up and doesn’t fall over without support. It is easy to store away as it folds completely flat. There is a safety hook attached to the inside of the bag to hold your kitten in place. There is also a huge pocket on the bag for snacks, leash or whatever you choose to put in it. There also is a side chain attachment. The inside is padded and feels comfortable. This cat carrier also has a big mesh top so you can easily view your cat or dog. Overall, I think the quality is great for the price. There is nothing bad to review about this cat carrier.

There are a lot of things I like about this carrier. It's so much lighter than my clunky old plastic one. It has a rigid frame and can collapse for storage. The bottom has a zippered cover that can be removed for cleaning, one side is very soft fleece and the other is the same canvas the rest of the carrier. It comes with a bonus clip-on collapsible food and water dish. There's also a pocket at one end of the carrier. The size is adequate. I put my *fluffiest* cat in and she had plenty of room to turn around. Really, she's fat, but I don't like to tell her. Unfortunately, I got the pink one when I thought I'd ordered beige. This hurt the feelings of my male kitten. What, I'm already neutered and now I have to ride in a pink carrier?! However, I'm skeptical about the soft mesh inserts. The smallest door and the top door are completely made from the mesh, and the long sides have mesh inserts so your cat can see out. Or let everyone in the immediate area know how unhappy they are :) I really don't know how that mesh is going to hold up. Did the designer forget cats have claws? I'm going to have to remember to clip claws before they go anywhere. There's a canvas flap on top that covers the mesh door. It fastens down with velcro strips, but strangely, the strips are perpendicular to each other rather than parallel. So there's a very small area where they overlap and the flap can come undone easily. But overall, 4.5/5.

This is an okay lightweight carrier for a small animal. I wouldn't go over 10 pounds with this. It's not particularly sturdy, and the zipper teeth keep pulling apart after they've been zipped, posing a safety hazard and making it easy for a nervous cat to get out. Ventilation is good. Get something better if it's in your budget.
