The product arrived in a small bag that was vacuumed sealed. I thought when it was out it would expand and be a more fluffy in feel but it did not. I put it in my living room as there was no carpet and I didn't want my 1 year old to land on the wood floor. She liked it and layed down taking the carpet in. It's soft but not as fluffy as I thought it would be. The cleaning is the hard part since what she drops in the carpet gets lost and is hard to remove. I'm afraid to stick it in the washer but I will have to to really clean it.

I was surprised to see how this came packaged for shipping. It was actually vacuum packed really tight into a tiny cube! It took a bit of ingenuity to get it opened also. There was a bit of an odd smell @first too. But it dissipated quickly with the window opened. I use my vacuum w/out the beater bar to clean it and it hasn't shed @all. Very nice rug. The backing is sure-grip rubber so it doesn't slide around.
