My wife and I put up the trampoline tonight. Everything was easy enough to install. (Kids won’t try it out until tomorrow but we did and it was nice to jump, even though we had to find our “land legs” after! 😂) only complaint we had was when tying the safety mat over the springs, one of the bungee ties snapped. Upon looking at it, the thread that is used isn’t very thick. Just don’t tie it overly tightly and there shouldn’t be an issue…it really only needs to be used as a barrier between kids and springs…we were just of the mind frame that “the tighter the better” which isn’t always true. Also, if you’re on the shorter side, put the hoop up before you put the final leg up for the net. The instructions will tell you to put the hoop up last, but life may just be easier if you do the hoop first…just be ready for a heavier final leg.

The frame Welds look bad and just painted over not clean, frame looks tweaked inward like it will fold in when jumping so we don't trust this item, springs were missing and one was incorrect spring, enclosure was too small to attach properly so that it could be zipped shut, don't recommend this item for this cost even with the basketball hoop and light. we didn't get the ball and pump shown in pictures and the hoop looks to be smaller then a normal basketball so you need a small ball and maybe softer then a basketball, also need a taller backdrop for the basketball backboard, we didn't get the t shaped frame like listed either or the support bars to each legs like the listing showed so you don't get what it shown in the listing at all and amazon wants to charge to return it to them. There was also missing hardware and the holes in the legs are not drilled in to line up the foam polls straight. Please don't buy this......

The trampoline itself is great and the kids love it. It was fairly straightforward to put together. It will take 2 people for most of the construction, or to make it easier. The basketball hoop was a big letdown; it only lasted one day. After an hour playing it first bent. Then about an hour later it completely broke off from the bracket. So it lasted one day, what a disappointment. Had to buy a $69 universal hoop replacement; hopefully it fits and lasts longer. The basketball hoop was one of the biggest features in why we chose this set which is why giving it a 4.

The trampoline is nice and works well and is sturdy but the straps that came on the top of the net do not stay hooked. The keep coming unstrapped and won't stay on the top of the poles. I don't like my kid and his friends playing on this without the net but I can't get it to stay up.

I purchased the 16ft green & blue Lyromix trampoline for my 3 grandchildren! This is a beautiful trampoline! I love that this 16ft trampoline is thoroughly tested for safety and durability & the safety enclosure net is connected with the spring cover mat to form a whole 360°protection for my grand children! I was very pleased with the price, with what all came with the trampoline! Basketball goal & ball, ladder, 4 anchors & straps, water sprinkler & solar color lights. There are 3 separate boxes that will be delivered to you for this shipment, our 3 boxes came in 2 deliveries. My daughter & I (ages 65 & 40) started to put the trampoline together but had to stop when we realized we were short of 36 springs. I emailed the company, including my proof of purchase info & picture of one of the boxes that had a hole in it upon delivery(A FedEx issue) @ [email protected] Cindy promptly emailed me back, letting me know that the company would send the springs ASAP Sure enough, the springs got delivered very quickly! Because of weather, we haven’t had a chance to finish putting the trampoline up yet. LYROMIX HAS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! This gives me piece of mind to order from them again! I will give an update with pictures soon!
