Firstly, let me say, we are not sponsored, just really happy customers. We were hesitant to get a couch with only 72 reviews until we got the boxes and started putting the couch together. We got the brown color which is a really pretty soft chocolate milk color, it looks gray in warm lighting and matches our interior really well (probably even better than the gray would have!) The couch feels so luxurious, starts firm and then breaks in, has storage space, and feels as good as it looks. We've spilled drinks and sauce on the couch and the clean up was so easy, we only needed to wipe down the spill with paper towels, and bonus, NO STAINS! We also have a cat and his little claws don't make any marks, even when he kneads the fabric or climbs on the backrests like they are trees. The sellers are very responsive and communicate easily and quickly. We had an issue with one backrest, which the sellers quickly resolved and replaced for us. If I were buying the couch again, I'd want to have some questions answered, so I'll list and answer the questions I had in hopes of helping anyone else in the future: How do the backrests work? There are no weird sounds like one review mentioned. They're way more substantial than they look in the company's pictures. They also gently lock into place at multiple angles so that the couch looks uniform. We put throw pillows on the couch in addition to the lumbar pillows provided for when we lay down, but when you're sitting upright there is no need for any other pillow. It has the great back support of an executive office chair which is so unusual for a couch. What is the dimension of the corner piece in the front? 21 inches across How does it feel? At first it is firm, but it breaks in really well. We've had it for a few weeks now and it is about medium firm yet supple. We had another soft cloud type couch and the cushions went flat after 2 years so we were looking for a couch that would hold shape. The seat cushions are so deep and support a full adult group of 6 sitting together. Armrests? The back pieces are interchangeable and can fit on any of the sides so they function as arm rests. We used some of the smaller ones from Carton D (corner backs) as our arm rests since we have it set up with one corner piece as an ottoman. Overall, we are so happy with our purchase and we recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, elegant, comfy couch!

Took a risk buying this couch online instead of one in person, and also because there weren't many reviews, but the ones I read helped, so I took the plunge. So glad I did! Love it!! Meets all our needs. In person, it is beautiful. The storage capability inspired my interest in this type of couch to begin with since we have small amount of square footage so we need to maximize every inch of space we can. The storage is easy to access and is so beneficial for our home organization. I did hours of research and compared to other couches with storage, these seats are deeper and backs are taller for more support (Good for my 6 ft, 255 lb husband too). Backs are comfortable and there is no odd clicking plastic sound in our couch mentioned in another review. The backs, sides and seat are very padded and cushy, yet firm. It's a comfortable soft, yet firm for all of us (including a teenager with friends) to sit on, lay or sleep. The fabric is lovely, so soft, and its kinda like a suede velvet. The nap is very short, not like regular velvet, actually I wouldnt think of it as velvet. It is wonderful for cats, if they try to scratch (which is not often - they dont seem drawn to it), it doesnt show anything!! Also, easy to clean up spills. Does not fray or get loose fabric threads, fabric is strong and durable. So, great for cats and kids. We previously considered recliners, but preferred versatility of this modular couch. It can shape shift whenever you want (the connectors easily unscrew), and you can also recline on it. And if one day we want less couch we can put a few pieces in storage. We have an odd shape room and limited amount of space, so being able to customize it, since its modular, is very helpful. Also, I was worried, from the internet pictures, it would be a stark cool white, but in our home with our white walls (Simply White - Benjamin Moore) it is a warm white, more like a super light ivory, which is what I had been wanting, so that was a nice surprise to find. Also, in person it's a modern, yet minimalistic looking couch (to me). We purchased the 7 piece L Shape Corner Sofa, but originally purchased one armchair before we bought the couch. We're using both, so there are 8 pieces in the pictures. Came in 13 boxes at same time, shipped quickly, nothing was damaged, all was packed/protected well. Easy to put together- I used the written and video instructions. We were missing some hardware and the seller was super easy and kind to work with. They responded timely and we received our hardware timely. Very nice. If your needs are like mine, I highly recommend this lovely couch!! Just wanted to add that the couch is sturdy/strong as well. Also, we stuck felt pads underneath every wooden leg (nice quality), so we can easily move the pieces/couch when we want to, and to protect our floors. Even though it has felt pads, the couch still stays in place unless you intentionally move it.

So much to say, this sofa is very soft and comfortable! We ordered the brown, it is actually a very light brown similar to light chocolate milk, extremely neutral and very nice. The fabric is so soft and the versatility is incredible, also each seat has storage making it that much more functional. This sofa arrives in multiple 30-40lb cartons - for my configuration 15. I was able to move all of the boxes without help (for reference I am a normal sized 60year old female) and stack them prior to assembling it. Assembly is incredibly easy, my husband and I put the entire set together in less than an hour. The true star of this review is LLapuil for their customer service: shipping was free and a week faster the it was supposed to be! When the majority of the sofa arrived 3 cartons were missing so I contacted LLapuil via Amazon and received a response the same day. They informed me that the cartons were back ordered and gave me a concrete timeframe to expect their arrival which was 100% accurate. If you are thinking of purchasing, it is worth the price!

So much to say about this gorgeous modular sofa!! First off - the 10 boxes that arrived at first made me almost regret the purchase because they are time consuming to unbox; at least about 45 minutes for the 7 seater sofa. I brought each box, one by one, to unbox/cut them up to get each cushion out. Once they were all lined up, I was in heaven seeing the gorgeous blue color 😍 it is definitely the perfect shade, texture, size & comfort! It is the perfect firm but still bouncy soft. The seats are definitely thick so they will last a very long time. You will not regret the purchase!
