I’ve been actively using this couch for a little over a year, so I thought I’d come back and write a review. When I purchased this in September 2023, I wasn’t expecting much. The denim blue caught my eye (I normally love all things black). Product came in a lot of boxes but I didn’t have an issue with that because everything was packaged well. Shipping was also impressive, and I got it almost a week earlier than the expected delivery date. The fabric of this sofa is super soft to the touch that I catch myself touching it absentmindedly. It’s also very easy to clean, and I love that all of the seats have storage. It looks just as good as when I took it out of the boxes over a year ago. Very pleased with my purchase.

U shaped sectional brown sofa purchased. Came in 9 separate boxes which were easy to move. Product was easy to assemble. One ottoman had a stain on it and reported to customer service. Estelle at customer service was excellent and very responsive. She sent a new ottoman out and provided the tracking number. I was weary about ordering a couch online; however, am not disappointed at all. I would highly recommend this product. Also, we have 2 kittens and they have not scratched on the couch at all so it certainly is cat/kitten friendly.

I had a very plush yet firm couch before this one from bobs furniture that I was unfortunately unable to move with so I decided to give this couch a try. Certainly very firm and having a a hard time getting used to it. We'll see after a few more weeks. So if you like soft plush couches this one is not the one for you. Looks is decent and storage is plenty.

If you are expecting this to be a tall sofa just lose that idea. I made the mistake of not reading the dimensions and at first the low height was off putting, but as we built around it it’s grown on us… no pun intended. For the price you can’t beat the quality or the seating capacity. It’s easy to put together and move around. Overall happy with the purchase.
