GREAT SECTIONAL, LOVE AND RECOMMEND
Color: Dark Grey Size: 7 Seats with Ottoman
Review Image by Evelyn Evelyn
I started looking early for a sofa that would fit our family of 5 and I'm so glad we found it. The 9 boxes arrived in two batches. The 2 missing seats arrived the next day.LLAPPUIL gave me all the tracking numbers the day I purchased. I could always check when the package arrived. The sofa was very easy to assemble and the seats can be connected to each other with connectors. After assembly I noticed a slight flaw in one of the sofa legs. After contacting customer service, they immediately sent me a new set of wooden feet, which I installed without any problems. I love the storage space it has for each seat and the kids toys are easy to put in and take out. Beautiful and comfortable sectional. the sofa fabric is not that traditional leather, customer service said they use Leathaire for this faux leather sofa. very soft and textured. The grain is very beautiful. It looks amazing. The sofa can be put together freely according to my ideas. And I can use it as a spare bed when friends visit. My friends have also been raving about it. Great product, for this price, for this quality, LLAPPUIL's customer service is top notch. I will definitely be purchasing some more modules in the future to extend my new sofa. ... show more

I am so happy with this couch! It took a minute to assemble, but it came quicker than expected. It is a really great quality, very sturdy. I love the storage underneath so I can hide kids' toys and blankets when I need to. The material is water repellant and very easy to clean.

Very uncomfortable and very tiny
Color: Dark Grey Size: 7 Seats with Ottoman
The couch is very messy looking bc the pillows do not attach to the back. The seller says “anti slip” but they fall all over the place. I like the color and material but the size of the couch is great for a waiting room not a house. People joke now that they don’t want to come over bc of my uncomfortable couch. Not worth the money and to ship it back is 700 dollars for a return. I would not recommend this couch and have never written a bad review for an Amazon order this was just too much money to not write one. ... show more

Perfect for a middle school wellness area
Color: Dark Grey Size: 7 Seats with Ottoman
The media could not be loaded. Our middle school had a fire in the gym that destroyed the gym and smoke damaged the rest of the school. Everything had to be replaced. The counseling office wellness room couch was replaced with this sectional. It is the perfect size. The soft faux leather is comfortable as are the cushions. It's nice to be able to wipe it down if needed in a school setting. The neutral color is perfect. I am very pleased with this purchase. ... show more

BIG DEAL. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCT IS VERY GOOD
Color: Cognac Size: 7 Seats with Ottoman
THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVED TO BE OUTSTANDING. Immediately responded to my return. I AM DISABLED. RETURNING 8 53 POUND BOXES WOULD HAVE BEEN DIFFICULT. I NOTED THIS. THEY CAME BACK IN TWO DAYS AND GAVE ME A VERY RESPECTABLE COMPROMISE. PRODUCT The 8 unit set 8 53 pound boxes Takes 10 minutes to set up Modular units Modular unit storage is ample, bottom cushion is very comfortable, loose cushion in back is comfortable. (Read carefully size) Overall I think the units are a good deal for 1699 at this point. Next to medical school have seen most of these products below 4000. Score 8.8 ou of 10. Very comfortable unit. Always call seller regarding returns. ( I knew to do this.). Always get swatches of material, the descriptions are usually off. CUSTOMER SERVICE Again at this moment the CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT WAS GREAT. I always call AMAZON CUSTOMER SERVICE too. WATCH YOUTUBE REVIEWS I AM POSTING ONE AMAZON NEEDS TO UPDATE THEIR FURNITURE LINES. THEY ALSO NEED TO VET THEIR SELLERS BETTER. I WANT DO THIS AGAIN RETURN IS TOO HARD AND THIS SELLER WAS VERY HELPFUL. ... show more
