So much to say about this gorgeous modular sofa!! First off - the 10 boxes that arrived at first made me almost regret the purchase because they are time consuming to unbox; at least about 45 minutes for the 7 seater sofa. I brought each box, one by one, to unbox/cut them up to get each cushion out. Once they were all lined up, I was in heaven seeing the gorgeous blue color 😍 it is definitely the perfect shade, texture, size & comfort! It is the perfect firm but still bouncy soft. The seats are definitely thick so they will last a very long time. You will not regret the purchase!

So much to say, this sofa is very soft and comfortable! We ordered the brown, it is actually a very light brown similar to light chocolate milk, extremely neutral and very nice. The fabric is so soft and the versatility is incredible, also each seat has storage making it that much more functional. This sofa arrives in multiple 30-40lb cartons - for my configuration 15. I was able to move all of the boxes without help (for reference I am a normal sized 60year old female) and stack them prior to assembling it. Assembly is incredibly easy, my husband and I put the entire set together in less than an hour. The true star of this review is LLapuil for their customer service: shipping was free and a week faster the it was supposed to be! When the majority of the sofa arrived 3 cartons were missing so I contacted LLapuil via Amazon and received a response the same day. They informed me that the cartons were back ordered and gave me a concrete timeframe to expect their arrival which was 100% accurate. If you are thinking of purchasing, it is worth the price!

The thought of spending thousands of dollars with a third party seller on a couch from Amazon seemed a bit crazy. After shopping all the retail stores in the area, this seemed the best option. It shipped immediately with a single tracking number and a requirement of a signature. I took off the day to receive only 2 boxes of backrests with Amazon marking it delivered. I immediately reached out to the seller as I was missing 13 boxes. I received a response the next day with all 13 tracking numbers. All boxes arrived 2 days later and I did need to sign for them. Everything arrived with all parts and colors being correct. My son and I easily assembled it and were much pleased with the quality. It is well built. The additional storage is amazing. Since we’ve had nothing but cold and snow, we’ve watched several movies having spent hours with the family sitting on it. I would describe it as firm, but comfortable. The backrests are more comfortable with the pillows. The backrests easily adjust and stay in place. So far our cat has not attempted to scratch it, but she definitely will sleep on it. Would I buy it again? Absolutely!!

It has now been a week from the day I set this up and put it to use. Delivery was quick. It only took 4 days from the date I placed my order to receiving it. The item came in multiple boxes which I liked because in this way it is easier to transport the pieces to my living room. What I like so far is the storage underneath each seating units. They're very useful to store the lumbar pillows that I am not using and keep smaller blankets hidden away to use for colder days. The Grey is lighter than the seller's pictures but I have no complaint here about the color because it is a nice shade to match my wall color. It's got a texture look to the fabric but feels very smooth like a microfiber sofa. I like that it is modular so I can rearrange it to different layouts if I ever get bored of the arrangement, and it accommodates any living space area if I move out. I love that the backrest are bendable. If I accidentally drop something behind the sofa, I can just bend the backrest and reach down to get it. The fabric is easy to wipe and clean if my kids spill drink or get food on it. What I don't like so much are the backrest. I don't know exactly what type of materials the manufacturer use to make the backrest/armrest bendable but it feels like some sort of flexible metal. When leaning on the backrest without the lumbar pillows I can feel the bars on my back. I do wish the lumbar pillows are the same size as the backrest/armrest because that will make the back 10x's more comfortable. Another thing about the backrest pieces is that there seems to be some kind of plastic material which makes it sound kind of cheap. It's hard to hear the plastic unless I'm pressing against the backrest. The sound of rustling plastic sheets is more noticeable from the center when push on it. Although modular it won't be as simple as just moving the pieces and snapping them in place. The connectors will need to be unscrew and reattach with the tool that it came with, or similar tool. I got the corner set with the 2 hexagon units and it was a bit challenge to connect the pieces together when the holes on the two connecting units are diagonal from each other. It's possible but just a little bit more challenging than the ones that just line up straight across to each other. The seats are still firm after a week's usage but I hope it will soften more overtime and get more comfortable as time goes. The first few days that I sat on this I got a headache from it because it was too firm for my comfort level. I am still debating if I want to keep this set because the backrest/armrest inner materials are questionable and they're not too comfortable when resting my back on it. The lumbar pillows don't improve the comfort by much unless I stack two on top of each other to form a full size cushion to match the same size as the back piece.
