My fiancé and I deliberated over the perfect sectional sofa for our living room, and THIS IS IT! First of all, the product is beautiful. We got the sand color which is a lovely neutral that's not too light and not too dark. It takes on different hues, depending upon the light exposure in the room which is lovely from day to night. The chenille is soft, comfortable, and easy to clean. We have a 7-year-old, so this a VERY big deal. In addition, the options for arrangement is awesome! I absolutely love how we can change the furniture for a room refresh without having to purchase new pieces. Lastly, the customer service is top-notch! Originally, the oblong ottoman was on backorder. The seller provided other options, but I let the seller know that I was willing to wait for the piece I originally ordered. They notified me about shipping, included the number and label of boxes to look for, and let me know when my backordered item was on the way. Everything regarding shipping, arrival, and even assembly (which is minimal) went smoothly. On top of all of that, the storage feature is amazing. It holds all of my throw pillows and blankets for every season. It's a wonderful convenience! I cannot say enough positive things about this sectional sofa and the purchasing experience. It's a beautiful set, and I have no doubt that we made the right choice for our home!

Great experience with this seller. Everything arrived on schedule. There were 10 boxes and they arrived in two separate shipments. However, we received emails letting us know when they would arrive and what was # box was arriving. It was easy to assemble and it's perfect for our family room. The grandchildren love it, and it gives us another place for the older ones to sleep.

Edit: This company is awesome to work with and went beyond most others to ensure I had options for comfort with my new couch. I can’t speak highly enough for their customer service. I needed a larger couch that I could lay on and have enough room for my dog to lay with me. This couch fits that need. It is large and I like that I can move the pieces to create the shape I want. The drawbacks are mainly comfort. It is very firm, which I actually like, but the backs are hard and short and not comfortable at all. There is a bar in all of the backs that after a few months you can start feeling if you rest your back against. Also, the backs are very short and make sitting upright uncomfortable. Besides the backs, the couch is good, which is why I gave the couch 3 stars.

Looking for a big couch at a great price point but unsure of the quality? Look no further. I was in the same situation a few months ago, but I decided to bite the bullet and go for this big mama couch. After having this for a while, I can say with confidence that it is amazing. It is the mother of all modular sectionals (literally huge), so be prepared. With that being said, it’s very sturdy (albeit a pain to put together and it arrived in a million pieces like others have mentioned). However, once it is assembled, it’s great and very comfy. The color is nice and it’s super functional with all of the storage. I can’t attest to cleaning it really because I don't allow food/drinks on it. Overall, go for it if you are on the fence. You won’t regret it!

After a lot of research for a sturdy sectional for my airbnb - I settled on this 9 piece sectional because I loved the way it created a little nook and people could sleep on it but it didn't look like a bed that could occupy an entire living room. The pieces can also be moved around easily to create a "bed" but then moved back to be a couch. The sectional comes in many many big boxes that are light but about the size of a small child. The boxes don't come all at once and I ordered this during the holidays so some of it was lost. I worked closely with customer service through an Amazon chat portal and they were amazing! Though they couldn't get Fed Ex or USPS to be any more competent, they fixed my problems as much as they could and I was finally able too get all the pieces together. Fed Ex and USPS on the other hand were COMPLETELY UNREACHEABLE. Despite clearly having the boxes - which they delivered later - they stated after an "investigation" that they didn't have the boxes. I have to honestly say that I have never had such a great customer service experience on Amazon. Customer service by chat was prompt, on their job, and working their hardest and it was at least a comfort to be able to communicate with a clearly human being (not AI) on the delivery issues. I also appreciated not having to call them directly or work with them off the Amazon portal so that was extremely comforting and helpful. We struggled through the frustration together. In the end it worked out great and I have this gorgeous sectional couch. The set up took four hours for this 9 piecer and I got two additional pieces - so 11 pieces in total. It was heavily used and loved in its first two weeks with us. I hope to have years with this couch.
