This waist trainer is perfect for my 30 inch waist. It has a ton of room either way because the no-snag velcro "loops" side runs throughout its length. First you adjust the main belt pieces and then, just like in the picture, you can personalize the fit and where it hugs even more with the outside strap. The material is comfortable to wear although it will get hot underneath. Again, that's the way it's made. That's why it's called a sweat waist trimmer. It lives up to its name. I chose this neoprene belt for exercising because after three babies, my ab walls are dead, giving me a "belly pooch." This helps to hold those muscles in the right place when they're engaged during workouts so I can reclaim a flat stomach again. The back support is honestly a huge bonus. I didn't really need it, but now that I have it, I don't want to be without it! It not only helps me to keep my posture during exercise, but it's also useful during long hours at the computer and during times when I have to lift heavy items. I know that some people like rolling these up to store them, but after I've sweat in it, that sounds like a good way to grow bacteria. That's why I use a wooden clothes hanger with a pants bar. I loop the belt around the pants bar and hang it in my closet. Since the hook and loop (Velcro) system is no snag, I don't have to worry about it catching other clothes.

This adjustable belt fits nicely under gym clothes and not only supports sweat production in the midsection - but it offers some of the best back/posture support I've ever felt! I've used similar brands for years, and none of them were sturdy enough to correct my posture quite like this one! I am super impressed! The only downside is the same with any sweat belt, and that's the heavy 'rubber tire' smell that doesn't quite leave - it's the only downside! I would recommend this to anyone on a fitness journey and looking for a training belt to give this a chance, you won't be disappointed, and it's a great value!

This is exactly what I was looking for, a sweat band I could work out in. It's easy to put on and I like the feeling of it wrapped around me, it feels like it provides back support and it's actually comfortable to wear. The quality seems great and so does the value. I would recommend wearing it over your shirt especially if you're combining it with a product on your skin like Sweet Sweat to have the shirt in between. It works well and the size is adjustable, fits great!

Review for LKV Sweat Waist Trainer for Women Belly Fat Neoprene Waist Trimmer for Women Workout The waist trainer is sort of two in one as the wider or taller part connects then the thinner one goes on top to secure it tighter. It has quite a bit of support which I like for my lower back and it makes me sweat with minimal activity. The more activity, the more I sweat. They both attach with Velcro so you are not pulling it up from the bottom as some of these waist trainers do. So far it does not move much, can easily be covered with another shirt, and has not given me a rash. I have not noticed any durability issues and this can be washed where some cannot. It is very easy to put on or remove which I like. The value is about normal for this belt type item and the quality seems good. A lighter color option may also be nice if people are wearing these daily for all day.

It fits great and is comfortable to wear, I like that you can adjust the straps to to fit looser or tighter around your waist. I was never sure how to size a waist cincher to get that hourglass shape, so I went with my shirt size, thinking that would suffice. NO! The inner band can bring it in a little at my waist, but the outer band doesn’t have enough Velcro area to cinch it in fully. Perhaps I should have gone with the size I want to be instead of the size I am. Unfortunately, this one didn’t work for me.
