Seriously, if you know me, your kid is probably getting or has already gotten a Green Toy of some kind. Let me just list some of the ways they are awesome: - They are sold in random places, like Barnes and Noble and zoo gift shops. I don't know why, but I'm ok with it. - INCREDIBLY durable. These babies can be outside in the snow and rain for months and the color doesn't even fade - No small parts! Just super sturdy toys. - Frustration free packing TO THE MAX. We're talking about a truck in a box. Your kid gets this toy, wants to play with this toy, you open that box and boom, it's out. No scissors or screwdrivers or nonsense needed. - They are made from recycled stuff and you can recycle them when they're worn out but they never seem to wear out so I don't know how that will go. - Wanna play with it inside? I have found from experience that Green Toys make some of the best toys for little kids these days and this airplane is no exception. They are very durable (we bought two) and can withstand lots of play by kids. Our kids have played with these airplanes for about two years now and they are in great shape without any damage. The plastics used in the manufacture of these airplanes is high quality and has no funny chemical smells whatsoever upon arrival. The design is great with lots of rounded edges, minimizing spots that can hurt a kid. These are well made toys that I can readily recommend. Made in USA.     • Great toy with a minor drawback
My kids love this plane, like they love all their Green Toys. The thing that drives me nuts about this one is that it is not to scale with their other toys, so the little people that come with the other toys don't fit in the cockpit. In fact, the cockpit isn't even fully hollowed out, so you can't even put a smaller toy pilot in there. It just has to fly around with an empty cockpit. My kids don't seem to care, but it would have been nice if they could use their other Green Toys "guys" with it. ... show more

    • Cute, durable toy
I really like this toy. My 1-year old loves to point out airplanes when we're walking outside, so I thought he would be excited about one to play with at home. He is only 16 months, but will sometimes "vroom" it through the air. Sometimes, as with most toys, he sends it really flying, but it has held up well thus far. He doesn't play with it a lot yet, but I think that may come more with time as he gets a little bit older. My only complaint is the propeller. The wheels spin freely, but you have to keep moving the propeller if you want it to spin. It is very cute though! ... show more

    • Perfect Toys
These Green Toys are absolutely the best, hands down! What's not to love? The minute you recieve one you relize the substantial and durable quality of them. They are easy to clean and I literally can not fathom any saftey hazards whatsoever with these toys (other than if the are used as a projectile, but that is the case with most toys that are not fabric, so obviously if there is a baby in the bunch with some older toddlers or so, you should still have your eyes on the kids). I love that they are all dishwasher safe for sterilizing. We have decided to keep all the Green Toys in a toy box in our main livingroom for 2 reasons. When we have company with children or playmates visiting, they can all just dive into these toys and we don't have the aggravation of my grandson's other toys being dragged out with multiple pieces, and those are not all small child safe, and we can not just throw them in the dishwasher afterwards as we can these. These are literally worry free toys when children are visiting (other than the aforementioned throwing, or maybe banging over the head, so yes you still must parent as we should be anyway). Second, after dinner, when there is just a small window of time for bath and playtime before bed, these are hassle free and the only toys we let him drag out because they are simple and easy pickup. BONUS, they are MADE IN THE USA, and of completely recycled materials. I have not seen that many quality toys like these other than ones made in the 1940's or so, where good craftsmanship (as these are) mattered, even in a toy. We have at least 2 dozen of these toys and they have become an awesome gift item especially when they go on sale, which is often. They are literally the PERFECT toys! ... show more
