It has a lovely pattern with a soft plush feel for feet to walk on. It is slip resistant. However, it is in the thinner side in terms of thickness compared to other brands. Yet, I find that perfect for use in the summer! There is no smell and much easier to use than traditional, weighty rugs that require hand wash. Essentially, it gives the look of a vintage rug without the heavy duty washing. I used mine in the kitchen and for reasons above, find it exactly what I was looking for ease of cleaning.

The colors are amazing! Very soft. Bought to try out on patio. So far only problem is when it rains, it tends to hold water. I just hang it over a chair and it dries out just fine. It does seem to be working out well outside. My friend saw it and she wants to get one for her home. I would for sure recommend for inside use and would recommend for if one does not mind a little extra work drying it out after a rain. Also because it is a thin, low pile rug, I was worried about wind blowing it up. But that hasn't been a problem on my concrete patio. Hope this information helps, It is a beautiful rug and at a good price too.

So far this rug is okay. I am not one to give 5 stars, especially immediately after I receive a product. The real test will be in about 6-8 months when we have gone through a couple of seasons' wear and tear. I had hoped for a bit of a thicker pile, but for the price and the machine washability, I was willing to try this one. As of now though, the colors are beautiful. The rug lies flat and has good grip on the floor beneath without sticking to it and leaving a residue thus far. It is so very soft, not from a plush, thick stand point, but from a velvety or satin texture feel. If you are looking for cushion, this is not the rug. The rug itself is NOT thick. It is the thickness of an inexpensive bath towel. I'm sure that is why it is machine washable though. But the durability of such a thin rug will be one of the things that I watch closely as time goes by. How will it stand up to foot traffic? Will the corners roll up? Will the short, thin pile break off? Will the very short pile go flat? Will the color disintegrate as the pile wears? Will my dog like it? Will it hold up to the washer? Because I WILL be washing it a lot since we have a dog. We shall see.....

We have had these rugs for almost 3 months now. They are still so soft, hold up very well and look amazing! I am very happy with the purchase. We have them in multiple sizes (runners & large area rug). I should mention we have a dog, a four-year-old and a one-year-old so they get a lot of foot traffic, too. Amazing price, quality, and value! No smell. They lay flat well though I do did put sticky corner pads on for when our robot vacuum goes around. They initially came folded, so I did steam out the large wrinkles once and the rest have flattened out super well. I’ve gotten so many positive comments on them! Will definitely buy again.
